The front desk clerk when we checked in would NOT give my husband a water because I am the Honors member, not him! Seriously??? Wow! If you can’t spend 30 cents on a bottle of water, I may need to stay somewhere else next time!

Great place if you’re only planning to sleep here. Rooms are similar to the spaces you see when visiting the kids bedroom section of IKEA showrooms…..room furnishings are minimal and cheap, but space was relatively new when we visited in ‘3/23. Probably good if you are traveling with young children - seems like a kid vibe. Construction was occurring on adjacent lot when we stayed.

This is in a newly developing area. There was a view of construction site outside our window. No big deal, as we were there for Sprig Training and not to linger at hotel. Staff was great! Recommended restaurants, resolved and followed on an issue in the room. They were diffusing a strong perfume scent each time the heat/cool blower went on. I had an adverse reaction to it, but they (and we) resolved it by increasing the temp of the room so the blower would not activate. They also, upon request, did not use any strong scented cleaning products in the room. Nice breakfast buffet also.

Check-in wasn't the best. When I arrived (5:30 PM) room wasn't ready so had dinner nearby and returned. Upon check-in was told room wouldn't be made each day (which meant the bed wouldn't be made) but fresh towels were delivered daily. Loved the window power room darkening shade. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Property around hotel is under construction but it didn't affect parking. Easy access to freeway. Freeway traffic noise was low (room 319) but tv noise from adjacent room was annoying. I would stay at this facility again.

With parking in the back the back door should be open during most hours. The sign says it should be open until 10pm, but it’s not. Now you need to walk around the building, just a pain. But overall it’s a nice place.

I can’t remember the gals name but the lady working the front desk tonight was super nice and friendly!

For a new property, the HVAC units in the rooms was so loud!! Reminded me of a room from the 70's with an old wall unit AC unit. If you have a family, they do have a cool area with games and an outdoor firepit, which seemed fun. Room was really small, bed was ok, TV was big.

The rooms are not very well planned out. And the floor was very uncomfortable. The person next to us played his TV so loudly all night long that our bed vibrated well until 4 o’clock in the morning. We called downstairs several times and they did nothing. We also asked for towels, that never came.

Great stop for the night during my road trip. Easy to access and within easy access of plenty of restaurants. The room was well maintained and staff was pleasant. Would stay again if passing through.

Overpaid for this place. The room looks like a dorm room and is not very fun. It was clean but I dislike its style. They even charged me for parking and they even put a tip envelope on my pillow 😂. Coffee is terrible and breakfast was nothing to get excited about. I will never stay at this place again.

I did not like that there was not a hair dryer or coffee maker in room, also sheets smelled stale

We were disappointed with a Hilton affiliation being such a dump. The matteess was about 6 inches deep and very uncomfortable. Tacky everything! No microwave or coffee pot. Anytime we see " TRU" associated with any accommodation...don't bother. Second time they were cheap and plasticity.

The area was nice and quiet to stop the interstate. close to shops. Where could buy supplies if needed? What I did not like was no kitchen in apartments
