Arrived at the hotel in the morning and receptionist able check me in. Room was clean and bed was firm. Hotel was away from CDG therefore it is quite quiet. Receptionist was helpful gave me directions to take the bus and connect by train to downtown. Breakfast croissant & chocolataine was very good and I had two cups of cafe Au lait. There are several restaurants near the hotel plus LIDL market. The only downside is location is away from airport it cost 21EUR one way or if take public transport will take one hour.

I stayed with my family in a larger group for 4 days in this hotel. The hotel is not suitable for larger groups, they don't have enough plates, spoons, every day there was a lack of food at breakfast, they are simply not ready for groups. The hotel is located far outside the delivery zone of Glovo, Wolt and other apps and is very far from the metro station. Mr. Alim who worked at the hotel during our stay was very rude even though we as a group were very understanding that the hotel did not have the capacity for a larger group like ours and that we were mostly left without breakfast. In the end, we went to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, because I didn't want to argue with Mr. Alim. If you want to work in the hospitality industry, it is very important to be kind to your guests. However, the hotel is clean, quiet and there are several restaurants nearby.

I recently stayed in this two-star hotel due to a cancelled flight, and overall, I found it to be a decent option for this category of hotel. The decor was minimalist, but the room was clean and well-maintained. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The breakfast was acceptable, with a decent variety of options available to choose from. The only downside of this hotel was its proximity to the main road, which made it a bit noisy at times. However, this was to be expected given its location. In summary, It may not have all the bells and whistles of a more luxurious property, but it provides a comfortable place to stay with all the necessary amenities.

Je recommande vivement. Très propre. Super accueil. Petit déjeuner 10e convenable. Entouré par plusieurs restaurants. Boulangerie. Très facile pour manger. Parking gratuit. Très près de l aéroport. J y retournerais. Hôtel tout neuf

Die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen, im Zimmer hat es gerochen als ob dort mal geraucht wurde. Über dem Spiegel und über dem Schreibtisch die Lampen waren nicht funktionsfähig, weil keine Glühbirne in der Fassung eingedreht war. Der Mann am Empfang war sehr freundlich.

Venu au festival au Bourget ,nous avons choisi cet hôtel , nous avons vite déchanter , nous pensions trouver un 3 étoiles digne , nous sommes pas les seuls à trouver l'odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs porte communiquante avec l'hôtel sociale comme le dit un des visiteurs qui a laisser un commentaire dont j'adhère totalement et 185 € pour dormir dans un endroit bruyant odeur de cigarette , . Vite vite ne revenons plus ici

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos quand vous arrives sur place déjà vous trouver deux hôtels , un hôtel première classe plutôt social ( je comprends mieux pourquoi le bruit ) et il y’a l hôtel kyriad qui n’est pas affilié au groupe LouvreHotelsGroup donc impossible de bénéficier des avantages. Parlons de mon séjour réservé par mon entreprise Chambre pas digne d’un 3 étoiles, l’odeur du tabac , insupportable le couloir communique avec l’autre hôtel j’ai vu des gens passer de l’autre hôtel pour prendre l’ascenseur , je ne vous parle pas du bruit , aller donc vous reposer après une journée de travail La prochaine fois ce ne sera sûrement pas dans cette hôtel j’ai déjà prévenu mon entreprise
