Kini Park Hotel All Inclusive & Free Parking

Worst all in ever, reviews were mixed but Tui assured me it was clean. But let's start with a few pluses: the bar staff was the nicest in the entire hotel, good music by the pool, clean water in the pool, enough sunbeds for everyone, wi-fi in the entire facility worked very well, towels in the room were changed, the kitchen refills the line on an ongoing basis, on the day of departure we got a lunch box, close to the beach, Now the minuses: we waited a long time for a room, they didn't want to give us a minute earlier than 2:00 p.m., (Tui's fault, they could have made a later flight), the room was supposed to have a sea view... it was for construction, we got a dusty room with hair on the sink and toilet, the smell of sewage in the room, the manager was rude -pretending to be nice with a fake smile, no bottled water in the room, not alowed to pour water in the bottles in bar and restaurant, you have to buy it, the food was very poor, monotonous, especially breakfast, no fruit for breakfast, there were only plums and apples, there was a shortage of cups every day, and when there were any, it was hard to find a clean one, old cutlery, looked dirty, damaged, the room service does not speak English, no uniforms and no one knows who the employee is, one of the service staff wore a t-shirt with the "f..k" word written on it - embarrassing, no name tags, no lemon, lime at the bar for drinks, no all-day access to pool towels, only one key to the room, which makes the stay difficult, the curtains in the room are like net curtains, they do not fulfill their role, the bar is only open until 10 pm, the pool until 6 pm, public toilets are neglected, it stinks of sewage, no air conditioning in the corridors and restaurant

Budget friendly hotel, with quality equal to the price. Rooms with sea view on 3rd floor have mentioned view, but behind trees (sea is visible between them, but calling it a sea view is an exaggeration), maybe from 4th floor sea is visible. Rooms are as shown on pictures, cleaned everyday, with fridge, balcony and great air conditioning. Pool area is clean, well organized with enough sunbeds around. There's one bar next to the pool and one restaurant. Food is ok, but notes with information what's the dish would be nice to have. Hotel Manager is amazing, helpful, the nicest ever! There are some disadvantages though: • bar - opened 10:00-22:00 with two bartenders. One od them is older (FnB Manager) - great to be around and always smiling, however younger one has an attitude that makes going to the bar miserable. There is also no drinks menu available. • Pool area - there's no lifeguard, which leaves guests with no one there to keep people follow the rules visible at the entrance (for example nobody stopped kids from jumping on peoples heads, unfortunately we couldn't count on parents in here) • no animations, nothing happening whole week. Advantage for those searching for peace in loud Golden Sands ;)

I have just returned from our one week holidays at Kini Park catered by TUI Poland. Kini Park Hotel was one of the cheapest offer in WHOLE TUI offer. We did not expect very much from this hotel. To be honest we were really surprised by the good quality we were offered. The hotel is situated in quiet and surrounded by the trees area. It is about 10 minutes walk (straight down) from quiet beach with quite big free zone. This is very important issue as when you are visiting Golden Sands in peak season you might have trouble finding free beach spot in the center of Golden Sands. This was never an issue when visiting Kini Park as the closest beach to the hotel is aside from the city center. The hotel is also situated in 15 minutes walk from city center. It gives a quiet at night what can be impossible when you are staying in the center of Golden Sands (24 hours disco and party). The food is really nice! It was tasteful, decent variety and fresh. We were offered fish everyday, some chicken, other meat (mainly pork). We had a lovely Bulgarian night when we were treated with shark filet and some very nice rakija! During our stay there was also a Mediterranean night with very nice sea food! Alcohol offer was basic but proper (nice beer, nice rose vine and "Martini", other, stronger alcohol were not very nice sadly). There is also no cocktail list and you need to give the bartender instruction if you want the cocktail. The bar beside the pool is open during peak season, in low season all alcohol drink are standing in the restaurant and you need to catered for yourself. Overall, for that amount of money we were very nice surprised and we would recommend this hotel for everyone.

If you want the same less than average food everyday, do not care about cleanliness or how long it takes to get to the beach, than this is the right hotel for you. Bored personnel, no care at all for the guests, unbearable manager.

Wystrój pokoju z lat 90, do likwidacji wykładziny; w łazience wymiana kafelek wskazana. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, tak jak wi-fi. Obsługa była miła, szczególnie w barze. W dniu przyjazdu pokój był czysty, łazienka też; w czasie pobytu tylko odkurzany i wyrzucane śmieci, nie umyto umywalki i ubikacji ani razu; nie wymieniono ręczników, (wymieniłam sama, z wózka pani sprzątającej), znajomi, którzy byli w innym budynku, mieli 2 wymiany ręczników (pościel nie była wymieniona). Basen był czysty i ładny, dostępnych było wiele leżaków do opalania; widok z naszego pokoju był na park. Obiekt jest monitowany przez kamery, furtki otwierane przez klucz do pokoju. W menu bardzo dobre i świeże owoce i warzywa ! Warzywa w każdej postaci, surowe, gotowane, pieczone. Duży wybór jedzenia, mięso głównie w sosach. Temperatura posiłków powinna być wyższa, szczególnie zup. Obsługa na Sali, to młodzi ludzie, mili, szkoda, że hotel nie zadbał o odzież ochronną- zapaski kelnerskie. Na plaże jest 10 minut w dół po schodach; schody przez park, następnie w prawo i znów po schodach w dół, droga przez las, w cieniu; powrót to 15 minut w górę, dla nas nie był to problem- była to kameralna, strzeżona, czysta, spokojna plaża. Na plaże można pójść w lewo i jest to główna plaża Złotych Piasków.

Czysty , zadbany hotel. Menadzer Yordan profesjonalny i bardzo pomocny ,ciagle uśmiechniety . Najcudowniejsza kobieta z serwisu Yordanka robi najpiekniejsze dekoracje z recznikow , nasz pokoj lśnil czystościa. Reczniki wymieniane codziennie . Bardzo duzy wybor jedzenia . Polecam ten hotel ! Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni !!!

Jest naprawdę bardzo źle. Hotel jest bardzo biedny w stylu kolonii dla dzieci z lat 50. W pokojach nie ma ani czajnika, ani butelkowanej wody pitnej. Plaża przez ruiny 10 min na pieszo. Nie ma leżaków, z jednej strony ok, ale pod palącym słońcem bez cieniu długo nie poleżysz. Obok jest płatna plaża, 14 euro dzień na leżakach bez materacu… Windy nie ma, turasz swój bagaż po schodach sama, wejście do hotelu z plaży też pod górkę schodami. Sprzątają w pokojach codziennie, ale nawet nie zawsze wynoszą Ci śmiecie. Kilka sprząteczek wręcz agresywne, ciągle wykłócają się, że ludzi noszą napoje do pokoju, ale nie ma wyjścia jak nie masz czajnika, a chcesz napić się herbaty. Więc w końcu korytarza stawiają czasami stół pod brudne naczynia. We wspólnych toaletach dla kobiet przy basenie nie ma mydła, nie ma zamków na drzwiach do kabiny… No poziom hotelu to dwie gwiazdy nie więcej. Za wycieczkę zapłaciłam 800 dolarów, ani jedzenie, ani nocleg tutaj nie kosztuje tej ceny. Jestem głęboko rozczarowana pobytem. Dla kogoś, kto chce tylko położyć głowę, a resztę czasu gdzieś spędzać. Choć za 400 zl dziennie może to za duża cena za to co tu sie dzieje, łatwiej pojechać nad Polskie morze.

Только сейчас дошли руки написать отзыв об этом отеле. Его даже трудно назвать отелем. Т.к. благодаря заботе хозяев, ты чувствуешь себя не в гостях, а дома. Т.к. мы были в самом начале сезона, отель был практически пустой. Но на сервисе ни как не отражалось. Прекраснейший хозяин с сыном, проявляли заботу и помогали решить любые вопросы. Питание на прекрасном уровне. Если и ехать еще в Болгарию, то только в Kini Park. Спасибо вам!

Отдыхали здесь 3 недели в июле 2017. Нахлынули воспоминания - вот и пришло решение всё-таки оставить отзыв. Помню, выбрали этот отель из-за расположения: смотрели видео разные и кого-то могла испугать дорога до пляжа, а нам, мало двигающимся в году, дорога до пляжа очень понравилась. Хотя, конечно, далековато и если с маленькими детьми, то тяжело, т.к. много ступенек вниз на пляж и с пляжа много ступенек вверх. Отель стоит в дубовой роще, наш балкон прямо на парк и выходил. Воздух чистейший. Но нас сразу (4 взрослых на 3 номера) встретили не очень дружелюбно, т.к. при бронировании оставляли просьбу заселить рядом, но нас вдвоём отправили в правый корпус (и это оказался лучший номер: тишина и вид на парк), а остальных из нашей небольшой компании - в левый корпус с видом на улицу(хотя и тихую) и два номера были совсем не рядом. По питанию в тот год нас практически всё устраивало, но к концу второй недели (а отдыхали мы , повторюсь, три) очень надоели однообразные ужины. Подводя итоги, можно сказать, что отель неплохой. Но желания вернуться не возникло. Нам не повезло с морем: то шторм, то холодное, то медузы. Поэтому на следующий год мы и сменили моречко☺️
