Grifid Metropol Hotel - Premium All Inclusive & Private Beach - Adults Only

Always a comfortable stay at Grifid Metropol, this was my 3rd time and probably not the last. Staff is always helpful and super friendly. Food is super tasty, rooms are spacious and very clean.

Very nice service, view, food, everything was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms are cozy with a great view, and the relaxation is on another level. I strongly recommend it!

The reservation was for 5 nights. The food was good, especially the asparagus soup at lunch (one of my favorite). The menu is a la carte and a new chef recommendation is available daily. The staff was very polite, open and careful. Because the reservation was over 4 nights we had the possibility to dine at Fusion restaurant (molecular food) which was very special and the food was amazing, very tasty (I added some photos bellow). Overall we had a great time here and we would like to come back. Thank you very much for all your efforts!

First of all i want to write negativities , 2 small and slow elevators for 12 store hotel is not my cup of tea. and thats all.. We booked our holiday in this hotel 2.8.2024 - 6.8.2024. Our plane had 2 hours delay , we checked in hotel one hour after midnight , receptionist was amazing , fast and told us that we still can eat in their restaurant and explained us how everything works. Meal was almost cold , but it was half past one in the morning,kitchen was close and still there was food waiting for us. All of us (even other groups who arrived with us was grateful). Hotel look Luxurious on first sight. AC in the lobby , cozy , very soft and comfortable armchairs and very clean.In fact cleaners and maids were present almost all the time.Hotel is ADULTS ONLY - no kids in the hotel or on their hotel beach. We witnessed when someone with kids try to stay there, beach staff , reminded them politely that its adulst only and private. Hotel rooms are big enough. Bed , balcony, small sofa, tables, nightstands , AC, and in bathroom was even full bathtub. Rooms were very clean and cozy. We appreciated second small pillow !! Restaurants: if you want to participate of any culinary experience , book it as soon as possible or you dont have any chance to get there. Meal was delicious. Every day , morning menu , lunch menu and dinner menu with some speciality and on staturday there was BBQ with life music. If anyone say there is not much options what to eat , just try the promenade . Im not eating everything and im sometimes picky but there was a lot of different food everyday, either ala carte or form of buffet. Bar: there were 3 Bars lobby bar, skybar, and beach bar , skybar is located on 12 floor 18:00 - 23:59 if i remember and there is beautiful overview on golden sands. Bartenders are even willing to mix you drink of your choice , even if its not on the drink menu. Sea: - warm and not to bright , but its understandable on sand beaches, clean , just two guys selling fishes and seashells and no one was bothering us. About bartenders and hotel staff: we both loved you guys , you made our holiday really special. I want to thank namely specific persons: Rina, Zarina, Melora and EDY on the beach , gorgeous cute and amazing girls and EDY was always cheerful and helpful. Promenade and night life on Golden Sands. a lot of hotels, restaurants,bars, and shops with mostly fake things , but everyone was really polite. And a lot of places for kids . restaurant staff: all cooks and staff in restaurant . Neli, Artem , David,Bozhidar,Svitlana, Minko and many more but i cant get your names in short time , so if i forgot someone , excuse me please. And of course to all receptionist for their professionalism and behavior. And Nicol ,Animator , one of the most beautiful girls i´ve seen :) Thank you all Hotel - look - 5/5 - Category 4* Restaurant - 4/5 - i could use some steaks :-D but just my opinion. Rooms - 5/5 Bar - 5/5 Thank you very much.

Great hotel, our second time visiting and it was still just as amazing. Great staff and great food and drinks. The lady at guest relations was really helpful and nothing was ever too much to ask for the staff. The bartender at the pool bar was very kind and helpful, he made me a decaf iced coffee everyday which was very much appreciated. A great place to stay, we would recommend to anyone!
