Benecia was great excellent hospitality and the hotel is wonderful, free breakfast is wonderful the ambiance all over is excellent all of the staff were very friendly I was picked up from the airport and I got to drop back to the airport can't wait to go back

I went on a team building exercise with my organization for a three night stay at this hotel. The hotel was 100 percent clean…hospitality was on point. However time period to wait on food was too long and it was a hit and miss with taste with food and drinks. Some days too much sugar in the drinks. The food could be much better. For an international chain of hotel…I would recommend that the staff at Tobago needs training and qualified mixologist be hired

Pros, Clean modern hotel. Staff friendly. Breakfast good lot of different stuff to choose from. We were Family of 4 ,rooms clean ,beds comfy, tea and coffee in room , rooms were cleaned every other day. Pool good, clean. Outside bar good need's a few more deals on, bit $$ Shuttle to beach and airport just need to ask. Restaurant bit pricey 1st night we had 2 starters 4 mains 4 drinks was £125 didn't eat there again. Bar code bar 10 minutes walk half price. Chinese 5 minutes walk very good as well. Cons, Asked about car hire at hotel they were not helpful at all, the hotel is not in walking distance of a beach so a car makes things so much easier, but for some reason when we asked the hotel they took it as some sort of insult, where the hotel is located you would think they would have a partnership with a car hire company to use. We used O'Neill car hire near the airport very friendly no hassle would definitely recommend.

The Comfort Inn was a very good choice. It has all the amenities a hotel needs. Our stay was awesome. The service excellent and everybody was super friendly. Benicia at the front desk made our stay EXTRA special with her kindness and special attention The food is exceptional. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything about the hotel was great—from the pool to the rooms to the karaoke—and the staff was all very kind. However, I would especially like to thank Ms. Benecia, one of the fantastic staff members, for being the best and making us feel at ease.

My experience was great and the staff I loved them so full of energy. Benecia was the life of the party she made us feel so welcomed and like family. The karaoke was great he was awesome the host for the karaoke I cannot remember her name but she was also full of life. There was also this other button that came and she sang for us and that was really great.
