Sol Village

Sol village is one of those places that offer the authentic, rustic charm of the land built into the staying experience. The place inspires self reflection and adventure just like it's founder Sunny Singh, a widlife photographer who passionately built this place up brick by brick, landscaped and planted every tree and utilized the local workforce to build his mini-controlled wilderness in the wild. Further, Sunny arranges safaris, bonfires, pitches tents and fosters everything that I guess, stoke the call of the wild in city folks like ourselves. Listening to the stories of the forest from Sunny around a bonfire in a winters evening is an experience worth a fortune. And that was our New Years eve - crackling firewood embers for fireworks. Another plus is the Eastern range of the safari accessible from Sunny's stay is actually way less crowded and is a massive attraction for early morning bird watching. So highly recommended for your integrated Kaziranga experience!
