We were 07 of us who checked in. The person at the check in counter Mr. Vinay did not respond very positively in giving us the room. After check in all the three rooms were stinking very badly. On checking and discovering one of the room had dead lizard in the room which we only found out. There was no toilet paper given no bathroom towels no telephone in the room. We wanted to buy the complimentary breakfast package to which the staff said we don’t provide food. Only rooms are available. The staff assured us before check in that he is going to put an extra bed in one of the three rooms that we got. After repeatedly telling the hotel staff to put the bed nobody cared about it. All they wanted was the payment with such bad service and Negligence. Spoke to one of the co partners of the property Mr ***junath he raised his voice and when i told him there are so ***y issues with the property and we are paying full price for three rooms he said why did you not check everything before entering the room. Also he said if there was lizard in the room you should have walked out of the hotel. I Don’t think thats the kind of behaviour runs well in hospitality industry. Mr. ***junath was not apologetic about his staffs behaviour with us or even what he said to us that you should have left the hotel instead of being humble and apologetic he used his rowdy tone trying to act very smart. Poop service of the staff ***** with the co partner. AC’s keep getting cut off every ten minutes No amenity in the washrooms flush was not working the staff did not care to do anything about any of the issues we told them about. Staff could hardly understand the regular language that is Hindi or english. Out of seven people we were 4 of us from Air force and Army. But Mr. ***junath did not care to speak with minimum respect. Poor service.
