"When a man is tired of [Travelodge Gloucester], that man is tired of life" - Winston Churchill, probably GENUINELY caring staff that you can laugh and talk with, cleaaaaan and comfy rooms and the undisputed best Chocolate cake with Custard. What more is there to want?

The staff were very polite and helpful especially Ian who was genuinely helpful and polite. The hotel itself was very clean and you could tell that the staff were diligent and took care in the workplace, would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The food is very good and served quickly. Situated in an excellent location for visiting some of the jewels in Gloucester’s crown. The only negative thing is Tripadvisor’s insistence on 200 characters in a review…

Commendations to Ian & Evi both of whom were friendly, informative and welcoming. Having stayed at the Gloucester Travelodge for many years I always enjoy the opportunity to use the facilities (both shopping & eating out) that the Gloucester Quays outlet centre offers.

The staff tried to enter the room at 4am whilst I was naked. If I hadn’t of jumped out of bed to slam the door shut then they would have seen everything. Feared for my safety. No justifiable explanation given. Probably shouldn’t stay here if you don’t want to be shamed, embarrassed and assaulted.

3 members of staff is absolutely amazing they made our stay pleasant but the other staff made it unpleasant to be here they made us feel like we are lower then them what was unprofessional the manager isn’t very nice at all but over all the beds are comfortable and cozy the bath Rooms are somewhat clean

The bed was comfortable, the room clean and what you need. The noise from outside disappeared quite early for a Saturday, and it wasn't so noisy anyway. The staff were friendly and helpful. Ian and Evi were booking us in and nothing was too much trouble.

2 nights here and everything you need for a couple nights away. Great food and pleasant team. Ian and Evi have been very helpful and the team have all provided great service and been very polite. The breakfast, continental and cooked has a range of options and great value for money. Rooms are basic but adequate, in summary, a great stay at a great price.
