They were awesome. Beautiful room. Great staff. We have already booked another room there for our next trip.

Stayed 2 nights and on the second night at 11pm woke up to a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building for a false alarm for over 30min standing outside in the cold weather.no compensation from the hotel for the inconvenience. The elavators were stopped and wouldn't run the next morning on checkout

The staff were excellent, especially Mayte! Shout out to maintenance and housekeeping staff!! Hotel had inside entrance with locked doors to outside which is safer to me.
Microwave and fridge in the room were great.
Kids loved the waffle machine in the dining room.
Only downside was that the pool and hot tub weren’t heated as advertised

A bit on the pricey side but close to the stadium. There are a few places to eat within a short walk. Rooms were clean. Coffee 24/7 (which is always welcome). There is a shuttle that can take you a short distance to local places...but not the stadium nor the airport. Wifi strong, hot water and pressure good. Beds comfy. There was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night on our last night and that was a pain...however not the fault of the hotel. Took about 30 mins to shut it off and elevator was not functioning in the morning because of it. So stop smoking in your rooms people! Past that, there were def some folks smoking **** on the property. You could small it in the halls

Our stay was wonderful as far as the check in and the room. The first morning, the breakfast was good, except that the oa**eal was on the cold side and he brown sugar was hard (probably old). On the 2nd morning, there was about 40 minutes left until breakfast was over. The food was running out and the oa**eal was unplugged (as to why it was cold the day before). Found a couple of the workers in the back room and asked if they could replenish the food. Was told sorry, but they did not put any other food out. They were out of bread, muffins, gravy (had only a very small amount).

For a quick 4 day business trip it was ideal and location nearby has restaurants and fast food joints….room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was “so-so” and not much to choose, I would encourage more fresh fruit and select deli options for customers to make a sandwich or have vegan option aswell. But overall my stay was satisfactory.

Would stay here again. Very clean and quiet inside. Freeway noise was tolerable with the heater/ac switch. But, excellent stay.

Easy Quick Check In . Staff Very Friendly, Professional and even went above and beyond let us know about places to eat and i wished i wouldve of got her name i was so tired it was Chris**as evening and drobe 3 hours and was hungry lol. Seriously all the staff also where amazing. The place and our room was very inviting and cozy just what we need in a very safe place . Easy on and off to the freeway .
