Premier Inn Glastonbury

Standard room gives you everything you need with a very comfortable bed and a modern room which is very practical for all the amenities you need for a short break away. Easy to access and very convenient for local attractions - about 25 mins from M5, 2 mins drive into Glastonbury (if you don't fancy the walk) and 10 mins from Ham Wall/Avalon marshes. We had a great nights sleep and a good breakfast. Fantastic value, especially with the free breakfast deal that we were able to book at the time. Easy to check in and out.

Checked in late around 11 pm on Dec 8 when Matt and Mia of reception kindly helped to find the spacious room which was near the lift with so much effort and patience! I appreciate their team effort and expertise as I have stayed here for several weeks but this is the most wonderful experience!I highly recommend to anyone who are interested to visit this lovely place in this small town!

Attend hotel for the Glastonbury Carnival so the hotel and the Brewers Fayre restaurant was very busy. Despite this the service we received was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Similarly the restaurant staff, although under pressure were excellent

Just stayed the one night in this hotel which is situated on the (very) outskirts of Glastonbury and 10 minutes walk or so from Clarks village. Whilst a slightly older Premier inn everything was well maintained and clean. I had a room facing out the back over the car park and had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast and dinner is served in the adjacent pub and there is a Costa 2 minute drive away if you need a caffeine fix or a smaller breakfast. All the staff were friendly and booked in advance and secured a fair price.

Lovely stay in Glastonbury. The room had all the necessary features and it was clean. The facilities were good, tea and coffee, Tv, black out curtains, good shower. It was abit expensive but for accessibility and quality I felt it was worth it.

We had booked using our business credit account on the understanding that the stay included reliable internet access as it had on our previous visits to this branch. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Internet access is very important to our business. Staff, room and food were great though. I contacted their Business Account centre on 22 October 2024 saying I would hold off on doing their TripAdvisor review until today to give them a chance to settle this and other problems we had at 3 of their other branches. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to me even though they have a postal address, 2 telephone numbers and an e-mail address for me. We use Premier Inn a lot but are now reviewing our business travel arrangements.
