I booked this Premier inn for employees in April through my Premier Inn Business Booker Account and it will be the last Premier Inn I book EVER. When retiring for the evening in Room 205 and pulling back the Duvet there was obvious staining showing through from underneath the sheet. Upon pulling the sheet back there was several pools of dried blood on the mattress protector. My Wife complained to Reception who inspected the room and they offered to “change the sheets “ they were told in no uncertain terms that another room must be provided. In the Morning My Wife complained again and the Manager wasn’t available and she was informed to contact Guest Relations , passing the buck springs to mind ! I contacted them and asked 4 questions about the Premier Inn room servicing guidelines. These questions were ignored by Guest Relations in 2 further emails and a room refund was issued. I then contacted Whitbread’s CEO’s office who then after 9 days passed me onto the “Executive Team” who answered 3 of my questions, refused to answer that of how much time a Housekeeper is given to Service a room on a changeover and apologised for the “Shortcomings and oversight “For an Executive Team to categorise Blood , Bodily fluids on what is meant to be a clean bed is atrocious and I am now terminating my Business Credit Account with premier inn.
