o air-conditionion, despite there being units in the room they are disabled. Absolutely terrible, will not book with this chain again, could barely sleep because it was so hot. Was told when complaining that it says on the site when booking that there is no air-con, but in fact it doesnt, it just doesnt list air-con. Its a reasonable expectation for rooms to have air-con as almost every hotel does, not having to check to see if it is listed is the norm!

Overall a pleasant stay. Clean, tidy, spacious room. Good customer service throughout stay although v little service required during my visit. Breakfast fell short of usual high expectations as a variety of 'cooked items' were unavailable, when required, as chef was unable to keep up with demand.

Reasonably priced hotel. Two negatives 1. Pillows leave a lot to be desired. 2. Shame that they don’t ditch the American Hash Browns and as it is Scotland serve tattie scones, fried pancakes, Lorne Sausage. They all ready offer pancakes in the continental breakfast all they need to do is fry them. On the positive for dinner have the steak perfectly cooked to requested medium rare.

I'm not one to usually leave a negative comment however I was really really shocked with the room me and my sister had for a 1 night stay in Glasgow. Arrival everything was clean but when we got to our room we were taken aback! I've never stayed in a Premier where the room was so neglected & dirty. Mold in the bathroom around the door, the desk laminate topping was peeling off the majority of the surfaces. The only heater was a plug in? The shower head alone was moldy and dirty looking! Thermostate wasn't even working, buttons on it all broken. Walls all chipped with massive dents and dirty. To top it off the breakfast the following morning was poor. Staff were shocking having private conversations amongst themselves loud enough for everyone to hear & when trying to check out we were made to feel like we were interrupting more of this conversation. One person just sat on a chair in the "waiting" area. Completely unprofessional.
