Very well located. Bright and open reception. Staff excellent. Only 1 small negative was the chaos at breakfast. Too long to queue and space is limited however, this did not impact on the overall service etc.

Overnight stay convenient for the rail station. Within walking distance to shops, attractions and tube stations

Great overnight stay. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Area where hotel is located is busy and a little noisy but this did not disturb our sleep as rooms were well soundproofed.

Very central hotel, handy both for Central Staion and (in our case) reasonable walking distance from the Hydro. We were allowed to check in early, got a room on a high floor with a view over the city, and the room was perfect. We loved that there were little Easer treats hidden in the room too. A nice touch. Reception staff were very helpful, and there was a substantial discount in parking at the nearby NCP car park. Only downside is that the hotel is in a rather rubbish-strewn, grubby part of the city (not the fault of the hotel obviously). Overall, a great hotel, well-priced, ideally located for a short stay in Glasgow.

Great only suggestions would be a bin in the hotel room, i could only find on in the bathroom? And biscuits with the tea and coffee tray! The staff were excellent and the room is very clean and quiet

Room was clean, good TV, but room was very small. Power shower was great, towels small! Bed comfortable, but two single mattresses pushed together to make a king. Not good. Pillows really comfortable. No draught beer! Boo!
