ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ ΠΑΡΚΙΓΚ ΑΦΗΝΕΙΣ ΤΟ ΑΥΤΟΚΙΝΗΤΟ 150-200Μ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΚΟΥΒΑΛΑΣ ΤΑ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΑ.ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΔΙΠΛΑ ΣΕ ΑΣΑΝΣΕΡ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΛΥ ΣΤΕΝΟ ΠΑΡΑΘΥΡΟ ΝΑ ΒΛΕΠΕΙ ΤΟΙΧΟ ΧΑΛΙΑ.Η ΝΤΟΥΖΙΕΡΑ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΚΑΝ ΚΟΥΡΤΙΝΑ ΤΑ ΝΕΡΑ ΠΕΤΑΓΟΤΑΝ ΣΕ ΟΛΟ ΤΟ ΜΠΑΝΙΟ.ΖΗΤΗΣΑ ΑΛΛΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΘΗΚΑ ΓΙΑΤΙ ΗΤΑΝ ΟΛΑ ΚΛΕΙΣΤΑ.ΠΡΩΙΝΟ ΧΑΛΙΑ ΑΠΟΡΩ ΠΩΣ ΚΑΠΟΙΟΙ ΛΕΝ ΓΙΑ ΤΕΛΕΙΟ ΠΡΩΙΝΟ ΚΑΦΕ ΕΠΡΕΠΕ ΝΑ ΠΑΡΕΙΣ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΜΠΑΡ ΕΝΑ ΑΤΟΜΟ ΝΑ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΕΙ ΚΑΙ ΝΑ ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΕΙΣ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΠΟΙΚΙΛΙΑ ΣΕ ΨΩΜΙ ΜΟΝΟ ΤΥΡΙ ΑΣΒΕΣΤΗΣ ΜΑΡΜΕΛΑΔΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΥΓΑ ΣΑΛΑΜΙΚΑ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ.σΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΚΑΝ ΕΝΑΣ ΒΡΑΣΤΗΡΑΣ ΑΝ ΘΕΛΕΙΣ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ ΕΝΑΝ ΚΑΦΕ ΝΑ ΠΙΕΙΣ.γΕΝΙΚΑ ΧΑΛΙΑ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ THE HOTEL CANNOT BE A 4 STAR HOTEL.HAS NO PARKING YOU LEAVE THE CAR 100-200 METERS AWAY AND CARRY THE THINGS THER BY CLIMBING STAIRS.ROOM VERY NARROW NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR,YOU COULD HEAR ALL THE NOISES AND THE WINDOW FACED A WALL,IN THE SHOWER IT HAD NO CURTAIN,THE WATER WAS ALL THROWN OUT.THE BREAKFAST THE WORST ONLY EGGS AND JAMS.NO VARIETY IN BREAD NOT EVEN SALAMI COFFEE YOU HAD TO WAIT FOR HOURS TO GET IT FROM THE BAR COUSE ONE PERSON SERVED.THERE WAS NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM TO MAKE A TEA OR COFFEE.THEY ONLY GAVE ONE CARD FOR THE ROOM WHILE THERE WERE 2 OF US SO WE COULDN'T OPERATE SEPARATELY.ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Very nice and absolutely clean hotel! Nice location and a wonderful view Nice and spacious room. Very helpful and polite staff. Very good breakfast and cuisine. It was second time within a month at this hotel and I recommend to everyone. For sure we will come back again

The bar staff played music so loudly it was impossible to sleep. When I went to reception they laughed at me. Not a hotel I would wish on anyone. We were so disappointed that the staff failed so badly to live up to the reputation for hospitality excellence we had been accustomed to expecting in Albania.

Great central location. Clean hotel. Breakfast is amazing! Everyone friendly. Buzzy bar atmosphere. Lovely terrace with great views. What’s not to like?! Highly recommended place to stay in this oh so interesting ancient town. So much to see in Gjirocastra, you’ll need at least 2 nights.

Nice hotel, very well located. Espacious rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom. Special mention to Havi, a girl at the reception desk, who helped us recover a sunglasses that an Italian guest had stolen. She checked the camera images and solved everything fast and easy. Besides, really nice and professional person.

I booked a night at Hotel Fantasy by Booking and the photos and description that they gave me on Whatsapp was wrong and deceivefull! They don't have parking lot, not even an entrance for cars...what is crazy because with luggage is a nightmare! So the only good and positive thing about this hotel was the night receptionist called Egla (Egna?)...she was simply amazing and so helpful...tying to compensate the serious negative things in this hotel! She was really so polite and nice. But the rest of the experience was I nightmare: the Wi-Fi didn't work, the phone in the room didn't work, the cleaning of the room was bad (there were dead flies in the room), there were many broken things in the WC and the worst was the breakfast! The boy in the breakfast service was rude, and didn't care about anything! Lots of things were missing in the breakfast and there were no reposition at all! And this happened at 08:00...He was more occupied in drinking his juice and talking to the recepcionist in the morning than to serve us! THE HORRIBLE BREAKFAST: It had no fruit; It had no juices (just a little of orange juice); It had no warm milk; It had no cereals; It had no iogurte; It had no vegetables (just old tomatoe); It had no cheese or ham; It had no forks! Yes...no forks (we should eat in our hands?!) It was so so so bad...I don't recommend this hotel...it is a scam...and the service is horrific! Simply horrific! And the recepcionist in the morning (not Egna) was rude and very responsive! And tried to charge me 80€/night when my reservation in Booking was 72€/night! I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. There are so many other great choices in the old town of Gjirokastër!
