Carriage House Accommodations

Spent a couple nights at Carriage House in the Tecumseh stall. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub. The bed is super comfy!! It was stocked with everything we needed and was nice and clean and smelled great. The property is close to all the restaurants and stores in Girdwood. I recommend.

Great place to stay, clean, spacious, and check the cabinets, they have literally everything to make it easy for you to stay. Bed is really nice, WiFi is good, and it is quiet, but easy to reach. Could have somewhat better signage to find the specific cabin, especially when you arrive in the dark.

So comfortable! Rachel and Jake were very welcoming and the rooms were clean, beautiful and homey. We would go back in a heartbeat! It was also fun to meet Lucy the cat and Stella the dog lol- very welcoming too 😉 Our reception at the lodge was great food and felt more like a family gathering. Definitely 5 stars!

Excellent accommodations with exceptional personalized service. We enjoyed not only the rooms that are well equipped and cozy, but also communication with Jake: all his trail instructions and food suggestions were perfect for us. Hot tab after sensational Crow Pass Trail hike was just right.

We stayed in the Hayloft with our 2 teenage boys in July 2022 for 3 nights and had a great experience! Rachel was very welcoming and the loft was a great "home base" for our family of 4 for our Girdwood excursions. We packed a twin-sized air mattress for our Alaska trip as we knew we had several places with just 2 queen sized beds on our Alaska trip (as our two teenage boys need some space to sleep) and we were thankful to have the blow up mattress with us here. There was plenty of room to blow up our air mattress and it made for perfect accommodations for our family. We loved that the Hayloft had a full kitchen, so we visited the local grocery store to load up on breakfast items and snacks. Great location---just down the road from Crow Creek Mine, across the street from the Double Musky, and just a stone's throw to all sorts of adventure tours/trains!

Absolutely wonderful. Charming, quiet & comfortable....super clean! Close to everything you need and Rachel was a great host!! Stayed 2 nights...wish it could have been 2 weeks!! Definitely recommend 👌
