Lovely service the staff are super professional and very friendly shoutout to Lou, Tats and Aj! Always makes a stay much more enjoyable when you have good hearted people that put a smile on your face with their attitude, professionalism and kindness

Hotel was everything I expected from premier inn clean room and very friendly staff, my problem was with the Pub next door no staff on the Bar and extremely rude members of staff in the restaurant who refused to book me a table, if your in Gillingham and looking for a nice place to eat try Rowlands a 5 minute drive but make sure you book first as they are always busy.

A super welcome on Thursday night and we found our room very clean and smelling very clean too The staff were all very polite and welcoming and cheerful . Well done all the staff here , maybe some of the other premier inn staff in the area could come and watch how you work and how to do excellent customer service . We will definitely be using you again

Had the best 3 night stay, beds were comfortable and warm, overall very clean and spelt fresh, The Reception staff were amazing helped when we needed extra pilliows, coffee sugar & milk. Nothing was to much trouble Shelly & Lou (louise) were amazing. Will definitely be back to stay again.

This premier inn did not disappoint! Bed was comfy and extra pillows to hand, I had asked for an iron before my arrival and it was in my room when I checked in. Staff are very polite and helpful. The lift was out of action and a lovely young lady helped with my bags.

It was my first time staying at Gillingham, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older than most and needs some renovations, but the staff really shines at this site. AJ checked us in at reception, and you can tell that he really enjoys working for Premier Inn. Friendly and efficient, he booked my partner and me a table at the restaurant next door to ensure that we would have a table for breakfast. I was blown away by the service. I highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel to stay at. We have stayed here on a few occasions and each time we have been made to feel so welcome. Upon checking in, Andy was there. He was so helpful , friendly and polite. He advised us on what was best. Tetaina was also friendly, polite and made you feel like old friends. Both welcoming. An excellent good night sleep was had due to blackout curtains. A great team including house keeping with good customer service.

We enjoyed our stay, and was greeted warmly by the receptionist who was very helpful. He helped me book and pay for breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean and was warm. There was plenty of parking and it was also free. There is a pub/restaurant next door too.

We have recently stayed here for 1 night. Checked in experience wasn't the greatest once got into the room it was very outdated with dirty carpets, not up to the usual premier inn standards. The bathroom was disgusting, and needed a good clean. The toilet blocked after one flush. Had to go and complain and requested to move rooms the receptionist was very reluctant to move us and mentioned that they were full. We refused to stay in the room as very unhygienic we were finally moved. That room was much better but the bathroom was still dirty.
