The shower and bathroom floors are always two of the first things I check in a hotel room. Both have to be impeccably clean: no hair, no gunk or particles of who-knows-what. The shower floor here was the clean est I've seen in a long while. And the best part is the drain is at the edge, so your feet will never accidentally touch that nasty thing. More shower drains should be like this And for the first time in a while, I felt ok being barefoot on the carpet. That's rare. No stains or obvious dirt. Overall clean bed, although the sheet did have some odd liquid stain near one corner. The closet is cool. It's accessible from the foyer and the bathroom. It's mildly walk-in friendly and has custom shelving. The front desk lady who checked me in late at night was delightful. Only real problem: the shower leaks. My floor was soaked, even though the shower door was fully closed. I don't love stepping on wet floors.

We arrived at the hotel after an 8 hour drive and were greeted by a disinterested lady which was chewing gum. If she had spent more time with us than with her cell phone she could also be friendlier or with priority Customer Service. The room we got stunk like a pub. On my request to get another room or a Suite as it was our anniversity day she looked at me - again bored and without Customer Service and said no. She will not give is an upgrade. I asked Her why not because we will pay for it. After another round chewing her gum she said we had booked with another system and there is nothing she will do! I showed her pur booking convermation email Form the Hotel itself and after that she throwed new keys im my Direktion. We stay a lot in this Hotel Chain but this leck of customer service we Never ever expirienced and will make us think twice.

We booked a 2BR suite. There was a constant loud noise as soon as we entered the room. Apparently room 232 is located above the pool and the ventilation system. The noise rendered one bedroom completely unusable and the other was barely usable with a sound machine set at the highest setting. We were also cramped on the sofa bed, since we lost a bedroom. I complained to management and they discounted the room. We left the hotel completely sleep deprived the next morning. While we did receive a discount, I’m sure that room will continue to be rented out to unsuspecting travelers.

Good for a night or two which is what most people are doing when staying here. Staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, the coffee was pretty brutal though. Extremely close to the highway and close to downtown and various restaurants.
