My girlfriend and I started with the introductory dive but enjoyed it so much that we decided to upgrade to the two-day scuba course. Our instructor, Kenny, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely welcoming. He did an amazing job calming any nerves we had as first-time divers, making us feel completely at ease. Kenny was always there to offer guidance, and his passion for diving—both in and out of the water—was truly inspiring. I highly recommend Manta Dive. The location is fantastic, with great food and a lively bar. And if you can, definitely ask for Kenny as your instructor—you won't regret it!

The best soto ayum I’ve had in Indonesia. So much flavour, budget friendly and warm and welcoming staff. Great atmosphere and quick service. Good variety of food choice. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly I can’t think of anything to complain about. Everyone at Manta are amazing, the rooms are great. The pool is clean and quiet. The service is perfect. Many nights we thought about going out but ended up just eating at the resort bar / restaurant which is always a delight. Ben, Harriet, Lucy and all the rest of the team are just awesome!

Amazing diving resort. The people are super nice and helpful! Staff is really professional. Equipment was really good. They really took their time to be there for you. Dive spots are unique. You wont be dissapointed. Food is excellent. Highly recommended.

my son had a wonderful experience with a short one day diving intoduction course at manta dive. i messaged the company erly on the morning, and they accomodated my request and my son had a one to one lesson and dive with the lovely johan at the dive centre johan was professional and such a good tutor and my son loved him. everything was exceptional and cannot recommend enough thankyou for a memory my son will have forever

A friendly welcome on arrival and a much appreciated cold drink before the thorough careful check-in. We were doing fun dives as we are both qualified. To board the dive boat, we had to cross the road and the beach, then step aboard. Ozzy was our dive guide, and he could not have been more helpful. Underwater, he continued to be helpful whilst showing great skill spotting creatures that I would never have seen. Water was 29 or 30 c, so I didn't want a wetsuit, diving is a T shirt. Visibility was well over 30m. An abundance of turtles, we also saw small sharks, and so much life of all sizes, right down to pigmy seahorse and minute transparent shrimps. Thanks also to Michelle who was running the business while the owners had to be away, and to Magic.

Excellent Dive Resort. The restaurant and bar is very good and the location is excellent. Harly is an excellent dive guide and he can find the tiniest creatures. I appreciate his focus on safety and good English language skills. I recommend diving with Harly when you visit Gili trawangan

Very nice room and dive staff. I was very comfortable my whole stay, both in the room and in the water. The dive staff is exceptional, and the entire resort is there to make you happy. I took a refresher course and could not have had a better instructor. The next day, some of the best diving I have experienced. Very happy I chose Manta.

Both in terms of diving and fun banter. If you've ever wondered about diving, then wonder no more, and go dive with the lovely people at Manta Dive as soon as possible! - Zac and Archi
