All in all we had a good time in the Hotel and a nice stay. Due to electricity Problems we had to stay in another Hotel for the First Night, but we did Not have to pay anything. In fact we Even got a Snack as we arrived and a free Dinner in the Hotels Restaurant. The room was very nice, the stuff very very friendly. Only their english wasn‘t the best.

Unbelievable, I have never stayed in a hotel with such a bad price. The store manager repeatedly asked me how many days to stay. It turned out to be like this. The toilet in the bathroom is broken and can't be flushed. The water in the washbasin is yellow. There is no hot water in the shower, the wireless network can't be used. The TV is broken, and the sheets are also dirty. This is actually a 600-yuan hotel. I'm so disappointed.

The check-in was tedious due to a faulty air-conditioner but the staff brought in a mobile air-con from another island, extra pillows, hangers and a towel were free of charge. Breakfast was slow but good. Overall a great stay.

I love it!!! Amazing room have new decoration and a lot of space. Very comfortable bed and have some small extra sofa for chill. Location just near the beach 200 meters left can do snorkeling and see turtles. Staff are super friendly.

酒店在島的東邊，離碼頭比較近，出行乘船比較方便，酒店設施有點老舊了，旁邊就是Padi的潛店，所以很適合有學習潛水課程的居住，價格相對實惠。還算安靜，出門就有很多吃的！就在海邊，隔條馬路！

Stopped off here for an evening meal as location looked good on seafront. Sat at the beach tables and ordered chicken, vegetables and fries with a large Bintang. This was by far the most expensive meal I had on Gili Trawangan and also the most disappointing. Small portion, frozen vegetables and fries were too over cooked to eat. The final straw was using the unisex bathroom, smelled revolting and it was filthy. There are so many other nice eateries along the front, avoid this one!

Booked and paid via Agoda, and when I try to check-in they tell me they’re full and don’t have my booking; then walked away. This place should be delisted, what a joke, they didn’t even apologize, they claim they only get notifications from ***********. Since I couldn’t check-in I can’t really review the rooms, but from what I saw it looked like a dump anyway, the pool looks nothing like the photos.

I stayed here for four days while travelling the Gili islands. Room was not cleaned the whole time. No hot water in the taps or shower. I didn’t try the food as the rooms were shocking. Wouldn’t recommend.

Definitely not a resort. Would not recommend going here to anyone. Shower had worms in it. Staff weren’t very helpful despite being nice and greeting everyone who passes. No one made the beds or refilled used toiletries or water. I had to go to reception to ask for more water. Continental breakfast was very disappointing and different between the days. I got pancakes both days but one day it was like a crepe (one normal and one banana) and the next day it was a normal pancake. Both days the pancakes were undercooked or soggy. The smoothie bowl I got one day was terrible and had no flavour at all and was not very thick like a typical smoothie bowl. Staff did not advise how to get the breakfast and did not give any information at all. Seemed like they were always doing other things than aiding in house guests.
