Good location！Next to the main street and the plaza. Easy to access any where. The customers may ask the staying hotel. Bristol is well noted on its history.

Alright it’s dated but it’s all part of the charm, like going back in time. The location of the hotel is really great with the shops bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and bar are good with bar prices cheaper than other hotels in the area ( that’s why there were residents of the nearby Elliott hotel drinking at the Bristol). The rooms although dated are clean and we slept well in the beds. All in all a great stay for National Day and will be returning.

The Bristol Hotel in Gibraltar was an experience! Staff was wonderful, rooms very dated, but all part of it! Love the KEY! We only stayed for one night. Short term fine, but I wouldn't want to be there for a week. It was clean and everything we needed. Difficultly getting to the hotel, with very narrow one-way streets. We were able to get parking right out front the hotel door. Great location!! You can walk to everything! Super friendly staff. Visiting a friend in Gib who recommended we stay here. There are narrow hallways and some stairs to negotiate, even with the elevator. Tight with luggage. We didn't have time to visit the pool.

Stayed here for one night and it was a brilliant little hotel , staff were good and rooms did the job, pool is across the street in another building not to big but was good to chill around, it’s in close proximity to shops and restaurants so don’t have to go to far ,definitely stay again

Staff are lovely, hotel is spotlessly clean, central and convenient to everything. However... it is very dated, could be a wonderful quirky retro hotel with a few modifications. I love history but they don't really promote that. Things are just old and tired. Needs air conditioning the noisy portable unit wasn't enough to keep cool. Tea and coffee in the room would be a lovely touch. I don't think I would stay again.

Hotel has been refurbished since my last visit pre covid pandemic and brighter lights everywhere. The mattress was solid and hard. Room was overpriced. It's a shame that the male night receptionist was rude. Room was overpriced. It's a shame that the male night receptionist was rude.

Beyond the retro decor I had a comfortable stay and was given superb assistance by all staff when I was given a free upgrade due to my disability especially all the breakfast waitresses, management and receptionists mainly a gentleman called Sam who went above and beyond the call of duty helping me with various difficulties. The bar and pool area were comfortable and accommodating and drinks were at affordable prices. I loved the Bristol Hotel and its service so I will be returning again. Thank you to all the staff and management at the Bristol Hotel.

Beds towels and pillows were all excellent and clean location excellent ,2 minutes walk main street . Pool area good breakfast continental but always something for someone lovely cup of tea in the morning ... Vending machine in the reception area ... Staff were very friendly and helpful .... We would stay here again
