Charming 2-bedroom house with WiFi, AC in superb Greenwich Township

Quiet and Traffic-Free Home Stay in NJ The owner was very accommodating, as we booked the stay with little advance notice and he had to get the place ready for us fast. We occupied the bottom level of a spacious duplex, in which the owner lives on the top. We shared a common, secured entryway with the owner but were pretty independent otherwise, although he was just a call or text away if needed. Laundry machines were in the basement, to which we had access, but we did not need to run any laundry on this trip and so did not get to try them. Air conditioning was done via a couple of strong window units in conjunction with two well-placed large fans and was quite effective during a very hot week. The owner offered to install a third window unit, but we declined, as there were just two of us on the trip and we were cool enough as it was. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and more, and the refrigerator was large. There was no dishwasher, but none was promised. The bathroom had lots of supplies, too. The TV in the living room has a Roku streaming unit attached with several available apps. The Wi-Fi and internet connection, to which the owner gave us access, served us very well for Roku streaming and for our computer usage. The living room sectional was large and comfortable. We also liked the fact that we were able to park in a driveway. The local environment seemed very quiet with minimal traffic flow. A market of which we made some use was a very short distance away. We had a great stay.
