Villa Collina

Our apartment was very worn out and the small kitchen was poorly equipped, so we had to buy equipment from a grocery store. The apartment was not clean when we got it - among other things, there was ketchup in several places on the walls and fridge, as well as hair in several places on the floor. During the week, the cleaning was also deficient. Our terrace creaked when we stepped on the tiles, which gave some insecurity about the durability of the terrace. The area around the hotel, as well as the pool, was small, but well maintained. The staff at the reception were helpful when we approached them. We paid for the holiday through TUI.

Villia Colina offered us a great stay. The areas were clean and the bath towels were changed regularly. The beds were fine. This accommodation location also has a lovely swimming pool and is located on several arterial roads. We are extremely satisfied and we highly recommend Villa Colinda.

The apartment far exceeded our expectations. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom apartment for 4 adults . Proper beds in the lounge , large private patio and garden area. Kitchen well equipped with a range of pans etc. Beautiful gardens and pool , room cleaned every couple of days. Perfectly positioned near to beach,restaurants,bars, supermarket and bus stop. All staff friendlyprovided iron and board immediately upon request. Would definitely stay again.

The staff are super helpful especially Martina . She always respond to our request. The cleaners are very clean and make sure we have clean towels . The apartment very close to beach ,bus stop and Deco supermarket. The bus ride to Taomina Gardini train station is only 7 minutes journey and from the station you can travel to Catania , Messina and across to southern Italy by train. Is good location and highly recommended

This hotel is a great option if you’re looking to visit Taormina without staying in it’s expensive hotels. This hotel was perfect considering it’s price and location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, there were no issues with the room, the pool was incredible to cool off in as it gets very warm for us foreign brits travelling all day around and the location is up a road 3 minutes away from the local beaches, bars and restaurants which were all lively. I read that previous customers had an issue with the noise from the roads outside the hotel but I found that I didn’t have this issue as long as any balcony doors are shut during the night. I highly recommend Villa Collina to all who are travelling to explore Giardini/Taormina for the first time. I’d happily come back and stay again if I could!

Duży, przestronny pokój, nieduży obiekt, niewiele ludzi na basenie i przede wszystkim śliczny ogród, w którym można było odpocząć wieczorem od upału. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji. Dobre położenie obiektu, niedaleko plaży, centrum i przystanku autobusowego.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Villa Collina la settimana di ferragosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene: l'appartamento era molto confortevole e pulito, il personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione abbastanza centrale, vicina alla passeggiata di Giardini Naxos e alle spiagge. Mi piacerebbe ritornarci.

Bijzonder vriendelijke gastvrouw en medewerkers, dikke pluim. Door verlate aankomst tot 3 uur in de nacht op ons gewacht om ons te ontvangen, dat is service met een grote PLUS. Het appartement voldoet aan alle basis eisen, bed is prima, kamer en airco's eveneens, al het noodzakelijk is wel aanwezig al is het wat minimaal met keukengerei/ borden, glazen en bestek. Toilet/douche ruimte is prima, al wordt het wat waterig op de vloer zonder een douchescherm. Nog een heel groot pluspunt is de schoonmaak en vervanging van de handdoeken om elke 2 dagen. Noodzakelijk toiletpapier kan beneden vanuit de voorraad aangevuld worden indien gewenst, is ook uitstekende service. De ligging is prima ten opzichte van het centrum (geringe loopafstand), voor verkoeling kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een kleine pool, met ligbedden en parasols. Voor een eventuele (huur)auto kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een nabij gelegen parkeerplaats tegen betaling van ca. 8,-- per 24 uur. Conclusie gewoon een prima plek, als je niet al te veel luxe maar wel een fijne plek wenst op je vakantie. 2 kleine aanvullende tips; Zitten op het balkon is wel heel erg warm in de zon, parasols voldoen niet echt als bescherming, een zonwering zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Tip 2: De naam van het appartement is vanaf de weg NIET zichtbaar, een klein bord aan de weg , met de naam en waar te melden zou zeer welkom zijn.
