Room quality was good but proper cleaning of room was not done when asked to clean and the bathroom faucets were very bad and dirty. Balcony were very dirty and not clean. My plan was with breakfast and they have given just one thing either tea or paratha.the free breakfast policy is very bad.

Surroundings are peaceful, and it's merely a 100m walk from Sector 62 metro station. The proximity to the metro station ensures quick availability of cabs, Ubers, and Olas within 2 minutes. The staff's attention to detail is remarkable; they securely handle and return any belongings you leave behind, including minor items like toothbrushes, chargers, and slippers. For a wedding event where we booked 20 rooms, one guest left their iPhone behind. The staff not only found it but also ensured its safe return. An excellent display of honesty and professionalism.

Best place to stay in Noida. All staff members are helpful. They provide a really good service and maintain the hotel like it's luxurious. They had not given us any chance to complain as it wasn't required. There's no problem with washroom as it's very clean and sanitized.

Staff will take care of anything you leave and return it to you safely, I life some minor things like tooth brush, charger, slippers and the staff returned it in its original condition. We booked the hotel for a wedding, we booked 20 rooms. A guest left there iPhone in one of the rooms and the staff kept it safely with them and returned it. I am thankful such hotels still exists.
