It was an ausm stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient. Amenities were adequate but unremarkable. Overall, a satisfactory 4-star hotel experience.

Good things first 1. spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Finally had a fun weekend at the hotel with amazing and delicious buffet. Hospitality is also appreciated. It also has very great attractions nearby.

The hotel is similar to most Radisson hotel - good rooms / good washrooms. Location is good - close to the Delhi end and also close to the other end of NCR...if you have your own transport or have a vehicle at your disposal - this hotel is value for money. Else its a task to find transport. The staff is pretty courteous and helpful Couple of things which i didnt like at the hotel 1. They are pure Veg (which is surprising)..which also means no Eggs for breakfast 2. The charged me for a bucket of Ice - which i found weird. would stay there again as its convenient for my business related trip only as a last resort - again NO eggs in the breakfast buffet is the main reason for that

I booked the room through MakeMyTrip for a stay between 4th September 2024 to 6th September 2024, form Delhi Airport this hotel is 36km away and takes more than 1hour to reach by a cab where the minimum fare is Rs.600, one can also reach using Delhi Metro from Airport, the nearest Metro station is Vaishali and that the last station in the Delhi metro network thru Metro it takes more than 1hr 20min from Airport, the fare is Rs.58, comparing the tariff per night to other Radisson hotels in Delhi/New Delhi is found to be same, the room size when compared to other Radisson hotels from Delhi was also found to be similar, The only negative is that this is a PURE VEG HOTEL, which was even not mentioned by MakeMyTrip and i found out only when i ordered for In room dining, the verity of dishes where very limited and exorbitant priced. There are no nearby good restaurants to dine at even if one find a good one its 10km journey and would cost atleast Rs.1000 for the cab, Unless there is a utmost necessity to be at Ghaziabad/Noida area and unless you are pure veg, one should not consider this place to stay.
