It was a special stay in a fantastic place, as well as the hotel service and cleanliness. The staff welcomed us with kindness and hospitality Mr.Jas and main restaurant Manger. Also all the restaurants were excellent, as were the hotel services. This hotel is really a suitable place for relaxation and renewing positive energy.

I had such a nice time the place was magical it was my partner’s birthday and they really celebrated him the most noticeable thing is the service the staff is amazing the food is nice but mostly Kevin our butler and marwan from the restaurant are the most who stood out to me they’re very nice and extremely friendly they definitely exceeded my expectations.

This was (up until checkout) one of the best customer experiences we have had in the UAE at any hotel we have stayed in. The personal touch from your own dedicated contact/butler to the interaction with all the staff from waiters (thank you Rose you were amazing) to, restaurants managers, chefs, lifeguards and even a personal video message from the team and manager, in the outstanding cinema room, made the visit special and somewhat of a one off experience compared to any hotel we had ever stayed at. However on check out, due to a mix up over room numbers, I personally was made to feel like I was lying by three of the staff behind the desk when I questioned the incorrect charges. I understand mix ups and mistakes happen but the attitude of all three guys was very much that I was lying, to the point that one of them claimed that he had personally served me the food they were trying to charge me for that was actually (it turned out) for a different room. This situation could have easily been sorted out with a simple ‘let us look into this sir’ but their attitude from the start was that I was lying and the charges were correct. Once a senior manager stepped in the room number mistakes was identified but at this point the damage was done as far as I was concerned and I just wanted to leave. The follow up from their senior management team a few days later was excellent and they have gone above and beyond to try to make amends however I won’t be going back to this hotel, which is a shame as we had planned to revisit. I am tore on what rating I should leave as if i remove the check out experience it would be a 5 out of 5 review for the staff, service, restaurants, facilities, pool, beach and room. However i can’t get over the way I was made to feel at check out where the hotel very much let itself down. But to be fair, as I believe this was a one off, I am leaving 4 star review and while we will not be returning I would still recommend a stay for anyone that asked my opinion, however just make sure to check the room number on your check out bill !

Absolutely amazing experience! I recently visited Anantara Abu Dhabi and it was beyond my expectations. From the beautiful atmosphere to the outstanding service, everything was perfect. The staff were kind, professional, and always made sure I felt welcomed. The place is peaceful, elegant, and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. I enjoyed every moment and I’ll definitely be visiting again very soon. Highly recommended!
