La Rotisserie du Chambertin

We had stayed at the hotel and it was a great experience. The restaurant was a very different story. 1. We waited for 15 mins before a wine list is provided. 2. Perhaps the restaurant was understaffed, but we have to ask for the wine to be moved to the table so we can pour ourselves. 3. Cheese plate was the highlight of the meal, meat was overcooked. We asked for names of the cheese, never provided. A great place to stay, not a good place to eat.

A beautiful and quaint hotel in a pretty little village. Bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean with lovely little added extras. The restaurant was superb, nice and cosy serving up the most delicious local produce and dishes. Not to mention the best red wine in the world. Fantastic Cave to either enjoy a drink and nibbles or a stunning collection of wines for you to take home with a lovely, knowledgeable sommelier to help you out. We travelled with our dogs and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and welcomed us all. Will be returning without a doubt.

We are lucky to regularly eat in some of the best restaurants in the world. This was right up there. Interesting and original food cooked with skill and care and excellent service. A truly memorable experience

Worst hotel ever!! Such a waste of money. They take the money and scam you !! be aware !! Service is not at all what you would expect of a 4 star hotel. The stuff doesn’t care. It took us 3 days to be able to talk to the manager. Definitely not recommended at all

Good hotel. Well located for northern Burgundy. Bistro and wine bar a good. Gastro restaurant is expensive.

Wow! We went here for lunch while on a private wine tour. The set lunch was amazing! One of the few places in France we found that had gourmet vegetarian options! I had amazing asparagus and spouse had an authentic (and delicious) beef bourginogne. The sommelier was helpful and spot on in her recommendations. Staff was attentive and environment cozy.
