Great location, across from the National Soldier's Cemetery and within easy walking distance of town. Nice local operation.

Its a hole in the wall, the room is no frills but its cheap as hell clean and a great spot near both battlefields and downtown. The walls are a bit thin so
If youre traveling on the budget its pretty great.

In my opinion, this place should be the standard for all reasonably priced hotel motels. Clean, a staff that is always present that made me feel very safe. Not so much as a piece of peeling paint, visible. Does not look rundown or neglected in anyway! Perfectly walkable to downtown Gettysburg. Such a fun town and in my opinion that is the best secret in Pennsylvania. Always something going on and fun fun fun. I will definitely stay at this place again.

Our stay was okay. The bed was not very comfortable. It served our purpose and placed us at the outside edge of Gettysburg for the first two days of the Chris**as Festival.

Run-down inside the room - mattress crumpling - two lamp wires were very dicey, almost unsafe - not enough outlets to plug in personal devices

The room was very outdated, including the bedspread complete with cigarette burns in it. No breakfast provided. Staff was very friendly but the owner was rude and ill-mannered. The location is the appeal.

Cheap and easy to get to. Booked online. Clean but run down. One guy took care of everything and was seldom in the office.

I come to town 3 or 4 times per year. Always stay here. Friendly staff, great location, clean at a good price. However i was not thrilled with my last room. No smoke detector, bathroom door wouldn't close, no dead bolt lock. Although the hotel was empty i was put right next to the street by a traffic light. I heard every car saw the shadow of every person walking by because the gap under the door was so big... i won't list every thing. I'll look for another place to stay next time

For a one night stay and being close to everything it wasnt bad. I was comfortable and warm. Thats all I need to rest
