This is a lovely hotel, really welcoming and benefits from a great location. The staff are lovely and a real credit to the hotel. We celebrated an anniversary whilst away and they made that special for us. The wellness area is great, it’s modern, well looked after and spacious. Location is perfect, your opposite the ski lift and there’s plenty of restaurants and bars to walk too. Overall a great place to stay in Gerlos

This is the perfect hotel when going for wintersport! Even after coming in from apres ski, the people here welcome you the most friendliest way. Big thanks to Simon for the help he provided during the stay. Also breakfast is very nice and service there is great. Room is clean and spacious! Do i need to say more? ;)

Fantastisch hotel met een goeie centrale ligging, al het personeel zijn toppers, vriendelijk en harde werkers, nette nieuwe kamers en het ontbijt was perfect, beste hotel waar ik ooit ben geweest. Gratis overdekt parkeren en kaartjes voor gondels in begrepen, echt een fantastische week gehad.

Se cercate un posto che offra relax, tranquillità, un posto al di fuori dalle mete più gettonate, allora venite in Zillertal d'estate. L'Hotel strepitoso appena ristrutturato. Abbiamo trovato silenzio, pulizia, colazione ottima, indicazioni precise sulle attività ed escursioni da fare, wellness strepitoso, dopo una giornata outdoor. Ma la cosa migliore da segnalare, la cortesia, l'attenzione e disponibilità dei proprietari,,,, dovevamo fare 3 giorni, siamo rimasti una settimana!

Wir haben 1 Woche in diesem tollen Hotel verbracht. Der Wellnessbereich mit dem kleinen aber feinen Hallenbad, hat alles was für einen Wander oder Skiurlaub benötigt wird. Alles top gepflegt . Die neu renovierten Zimmer mit Holzboden, waren gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Gastgeber ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man spürt hier wirklich noch das angenehme Klima eines Familienbetriebs. Restaurantreservierungen wurden für uns getätigt, während wir auf der Piste waren. Vielen Dank
