Avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are dirty and infested with bugs. The hotel appears to accommodate construction workers who are actively working on the property, leading to frequent disturbances in the morning. The staff are unhelpful and engage in deceptive practices. There is no air-conditioning, and cleanliness is severely lacking. Housekeeping services are only provided after repeated requests. Overall, this establishment is poorly maintained and does not offer a comfortable or pleasant stay. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

We as a family of 4 had an amazing time. Room and balcony were fine. We only slept in there. Few drinks on the balcony with wife and had a lovely view of pool and sea. Food was Good. Kids loved it. None of us complained about choice. And staff went above and beyond. Thank you Fereniki team

I stayed in the Fereniki hotel 5 years ago and that’s why I booked it again, we turned up only to find that the hotel was under complete renovation and a building site. We were put in an appalling block of rooms that were so run down 😥 we were moved to a different room and building, it was basic but we had no choice. The staff were brilliant, George the porter (groom as they’re known) was so friendly and helpful as were all the other staff,who totally understood the situation that a lot of guests were experiencing. I’m amazed that holiday companies are still selling the hotel rooms for a hotel that is under construction 🤬 totally being miss sold. Also the all inclusive drinks by the pool are different from the other hotels that share the pool, so you’re only allowed the local spirits (🤢 even for cocktails) but everyone else is allowed the full menu of drinks. The barman is brilliant (Pete I think his name was) The room was cleaned daily , so very impressed with the housekeeping team. When the hotel is fully finished and ready I’m sure it will be amazing.

If your planning on staying here take a hi-viz because your basically staying on a building site. We was put in one of the buildings where the builders and cleaners were staying. No air con what so ever. Some buildings had air con but you have to pay extra. Accommodation was dirty, had to keep asking for our room cleaned. Pictures on the website were not of our Accommodation or facilities. All inclusive food was hit and miss had the odd ok meal. Chef couldn't even cook eggs. Georgiopoli was a nice place just do not stay here!

Came here for a week of hell. Constantly told of rule changes. Bar shuts at 1am but made to pay after 11 but no notices saying that. No hotel security and group of young ins jumping in pool after 1am. Told we could use other hotels by some staff but then no by other staff. Conflicting stories and lies and rowdy kids drinking the place dry stopping other guests ordering my 11pm after standing at the bar

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. A tragedy, it is quite different from the pictures. the rooms stinks, air conditioning is paid 5€ per day, air conditioning is moldy. this hotel needs a complete renovation or demolition, very rude ladies at the reception.
