We got a beautiful 2-floor family room, brand new, very comfortable, lots of space, bright, quiet. Close to the private beach, warm water in July. Beautiful garden with wooden sun beds, no plastic around, only natural materials, appreciated! Choice of sand beach or garden with grass, upon personal preference. Interesting evening program, good service. Restaurant is superb!

The hotel is excellent. The breakfast.dinner etc very good.The persoonallisuus is politiikka.Cleaning of the room was wellmade every day.The Walters made their work fine.The a**osphere was gladiaattori.Marvellous days in Georgioupoli Village.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The location was perfect for us, as a family being within easy reach of local restaurants and shops selling lovely gifts! You can easily walk around this pretty village with it's beautiful sandy beach and calm sea which was just a stones throw away from the hotel room. Would definitely revisited.

Great hotel! Georgia was so great from the very first second we walked in. She is great with recommendations and showcasing all the amenities. She gave us a tour and we explained all the high tech gadgets in the room. Eugene took great care of our belongings during parking and checkin. We recommend the service, the staff and the entire 5th floor!

If I could, I would have given this a 3.5 star review. I will start with the positives: - The beach in front of the hotel is excellent and the "free" sunbeds were very good (although at busy times, they get full by 10am so bear that in mind if you like a late start to your day). - Corissia Park is lovely with its large swimming pool and restaurant. - Buffet breakfast was very good and varied. The freshly made waffles were a highlight. - Our room was spacious and had a much needed fridge and good air-conditioning (but read on about its negatives). - Location is great, literally 1-2 minutes walk between room, beach, Corissia Park, village centre, supermarket etc. The things that could (and should - given the price we paid) have been better: - The hotel is advertised as being 4-stars. Our room was not in the actual hotel building but about 60 metres away. It was basically a very basic 2-room Airbnb type accommodation, but with no kitchen or living room. Nowhere near 4-star quality. The furniture was basic and unattractive. The walls were full of marks from dead mosquitoes, cleaners just ignored them. The toilet always had an unpleasant smell. We bought our own air-freshener to use while we stayed there. - Cleaning, in general, wasn't great. Cleaners would come in the afternoon, not in the morning and the quality of the cleaning was so-so. - I mentioned earlier that buffet breakfast was great. Buffet dinner was not as good. Whereas breakfast includes free water, juices etc, dinner does not include anything to drink at all - not even water. A 1-litre bottle of water costs a shameful 3.60 Euros! In Greece, most restaurants provide free tap water or charge a very small amount for bottled water. 3.60 Euros for a 1-littre bottle of water in Greece is an absolute rip-off and shows disrespect towards the hotel's customers. - The hotel attracts mainly German tourists, which is absolutely fine, they were very well behaved and I like German people and have visited Germany many times. However, it is not just Germans that visit the hotel (we heard several non-German languages spoken by guests!). The hotel only seems to make an effort to please German guests however. When we were given the instructions to join the wi-fi, they were in German only! The TV in our room had pretty much only German channels - not even any Greek ones despite being in Greece! - Customer service from the hotel reception was hit and miss. The people at reception didn't feel very friendly or trying hard to help. Maybe because we didn't speak German? We expected better. Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but given the premium prices we paid (over 300 Euros per night) we did expect better.

We stayed at Corissia Beach Hotel in middle of Oct. That was one week trip. We had full board which we recommend if you decide stay at this hotel complex. Our pros (+) and cons (-): + Nicely renowated hotel and room was pretty modern. + Buffet food was very good and variable. Also the food guality was good. + Corissia park where was pool and restaurant was very beautiful and has magnificent ocean views. + Most of staff was very nice people. + The beach of the hotel was very nice and one of the best beaches in Crete. - It was ridicilous that full board not included any kind of beverages at lunch and dinner NOT EVEN WATER! It was very unethical to collect fares from peoples thirsty at hot place!! And 1 litres water bottle cost 3,60 euros. Also all beverages was very expensive. - Little gluten free options. - German owned hotel. If you are not German the service isn't that good. - Cleanlines was horrible. Sand on the floors, dirt on shower floor etc. Cleaners didn't clean nothing only made things worse. They only make the beds and they changed bed sheets only once a week! Overall good experience compare to the price (1300e one week full board).

Very nice staff great private beach, food was very good (yet a bit to salty). We hope to come back.

This property is spread all over Georgoupoli, but I still enjoyed my stay. The lock on the bathroom was mounted backwards, which is a safety concern. But I would stay again. The buffet breakfast and dinner was good.
