The beach access is about a 45 second walk across the street The first floor of the house is street level so if you can't do many steps, Pool Paradise is the perfect place for your vacation! You'll never need to walk up any steps if you stay on the first floor level and you'll still be able to access the yard and pool as well. Room layout: Ground floor has 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and 1 double twin bedroom. One of the king bedrooms and the queen bedroom have their own private en suite bathrooms. One of the king bedrooms and the double twin bedroom share the hallway bathroom. The second floor has 3 king bedrooms and a double twin bedroom. 2 of the king bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms and one king shares the hallway bathroom with the double twin bedroom. There's a sleeper sofa in each living room. There's one living room on the ground floor and another on the second floor.
