This hotel has been business travel choice when visiting Penang. Price is reasonable and location is good.

Located in between gurney plaza and gurney drive hawker center to the left and Paragon to the right. Was served ice cream on arrival. Room was spacious. Nice gym and pool. Gurney plaza is a great shopping center.

request , email and not response the right , early book ,and go to check in early also not have my request . so bad ..... because we are seaview that we book this hotel early for reserve .

Got bed bug in the pillow. And we found out aircond is not cold, but the reception treat it seriously. Immediately change and upgrade a new room to us. Service is good, location is good. Suggest travel with grab, due to this is high traffic location.

First, guard is friendly let my fren wait at the waiting area and help to check in. There’s a guard to bring up level 3 for the check in counter!

This is my first stay and I am pleasantly surprised at their quality of service. Kudos to Front desk and F&B staff especially to Mr Yusoff.

The room assigned to us was huge. Behind the TV, there is a huge space with work desk and mini bar counter with safe. The only thing lacking is a bathtub but the toilet was decently sized with strong water pressure. No breakfast was included (although I tried it as I upgraded, the spread was only so-so). There are two malls nearby, and there is no lack of food. The location is really ideal.
