Ánh sáng không đủ và cảm thấy tối trong phòng & phòng tắm. Nước trong phòng tắm đọng lại sau khi tắm, làm sàn nhà luôn ướt. Nước vòi sen bắn tung tóe khắp nơi, nên lắp vòi sen có thể tháo rời. Trải nghiệm tắm không thoải mái.

Vị trí khách sạn khá ổn, gần mọi nơi bạn muốn đến, phòng sạch sẽ và có thể giới thiệu cho bạn bè tôi.

Worst experience. Bathroom shower head was spilling all over. And the bathtub is dirty as well the toilet bowl was dirty as well. Very very unpleasant showering . There is no chilleness at all. Air cond is not cool at all. Zero. There is no remote either. Bedsheet was like 1star hotel bed sheet . Room was too small. Plug point are located behind the bed we have to push the bed a side to use it. Kettle was dirty . Worst stay. NOT WORTH FOR THE PRICE AT ALL ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I booked three rooms for our stay. 1 room has poor AC conditioning. Not cool at all. We arrived late at night so we did not request for a change or maintenance to resolve. The room is very small. No iron in the room.

1. Easy and fast check in 2. Place was very clean and warm welcomed by the staff 3. My room was good. Came with 2 breakfast 4. Breakfast was good. The food was a lot of Choice. Add on for Rm20 per head. Children below 5 years was free. 5. The swimming pool also good. Not too wide..but it was fun. 6. Parking at basement of hotel, before out, go to reception for stamping. 7. Overall was good.

Furniture quite old but Just nice place to crash in..breakfast quite nice..staff also

Good place to stay for medical trip. Penang Adventist Hospital is just right across the street.

Car park is small and narrow. Bfast served as vegetarian. Aircond needs to be serviced. Room is old.

Location is convenient, served vegetarian breakfast but was good. Hotel is a bit old and needs refurbish .

So far so good. Old hotel but nice, the food was really good to me. Staff awesome and friendly

The hotel is quite old and the maintenance has not been kept up to maintain service level, e.g. aircon that is not cold, temperature cannot be adjusted because the knob is missing, closet doors that cannot be closed, power plug that is unsecured, dirty kettle.

Stayed 2 nights. For the 4 star standard, we are a bit disappointed as Furnitures are old, locker wasn’t functional. Bedsheets are like 2-star hotel standard. Swimming Pool maintenance works going on. Location wise not quickly accessible from city centre due to so many signals/turns. It takes atleast 20-25 mins non-peak hours. Hotel asking for RM 100 as deposit (never experienced in the past while) + RM 13/Night as local taxes on top. Apple Pay are not accepted. Should have physical card/cash in hand. Only positive experience is that Breakfast was good. Except breakfast, Overall for the money paid, it isn’t worth the spent on this hotel.

The location is very strategic. Accomodation was fine but needs some revamp in interior decoration to make the room layout nicer.
