Very good location, friendly staff. The from is spacious and the shower is a part from the toilet space which is great.

Nicdly tucked in the old quarters of Georgetown, makes it easily accessible to great eateries on Penang Island..The room is clean and tidy…but a little antiquated for the price.

Hotel is very well located in the middle of the Georgetown. Bed was comfortable and mini-bar nice extra in the room. Also rooftop terrace was nice to have a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast itself was not very good in my opinion as an European. The hotel in general was ok, but would need a little bit update in some parts. In the hotel premises on the second floor is a massage place. I went there with my husband and it was very bad experience. I had 30 min foot reflexology and it was the worst I have ever had. My husband had booked 1 hour body massage. And later he told that massage was also bad and he was afraid that lady who was doing massage will do some damage on his bag. Massage lasted only 45 minutes. Too short and bad massage experience and still the worker asked tip and charged extra for some special oil she used. I definitely recommend to avoid this massage place.

ไม่คิดอะไรมากก็ได้อยู่ถ้าจะมาพักผ่อนช่วงนี้พักก่อนนะ มีการรีโนเวทโรงโรงแรม จะผนังทุบตั้งแต่ 8 โมงเช้าถึง 6 โมงเย็น ที่จอดรถมี 5-6 คัน แค่พนักงานจอดคือเต็ม

The first room offered was tired and old, the fittings past their used by date and it smelt mouldy, especially the doona. The curtains did not draw properly to shut out the light. The room was beside the road and noisy. Minimal sound proofing, I could hear the next rooms conversations and TV. Mind you with the noisy air-conditioner going those sounds were drowned out. However the air-conditioner didn't function properly. Credit to one of the desk staff he moved me on request the following day to a room, quieter facing an inner walled area. It had a new air con and tap fittings. A refurbed room. The TV had 4 channels and poor reception. Even if tuned properly. Check in is an inconvenient 3pm be warned.. The breakfast area has a pleasant outlook with a basic range of cuisine to suit different tastes. Don't forget the advertised price of breakfast does not include 8% taxes and charges. On checkin foreigners need to pay a tourism tax 10 myr per day and all guests pay a separate 2 myr heritage tax. In summary a functional stay. The location is ideal to explore old Georgetown.

不太好哎，酒店很舊，印度人開的，印度風格很明顯

印度人管理的酒店，沒有中文服務，英文又説的不是很正，關鍵是很臟，床全是黑的，毛巾就更不用説的，房間一股黴味，牆上有滲水的痕跡，早餐在頂樓，品種不多，酒店應該不是印度人的，其實裝修很不錯，位置也挺方便，定了兩晚，住了一晚就換酒店了，還好不貴就不要了，換去酒店比較舒服，圖五當時是站這個酒店門口看到的，就走過去問了，攜沒有這酒店，同上面有，4百左右，有中文服務，服務很好

房間乾淨衞生，無異味。酒店位置很好，去哪裡都方便。不遠就是壁畫街，吃飯逛街走路去就行。
