We are truly sorry that we failed to provide proactive daily housekeeping service as you expected, the towels and bed sheets were of poor quality with unpleasant smell and faint smoke odor, the room service was not timely, and the imperfect facilities including no separation between shower and wash area in the bathroom without shower curtain, no mirror or desk lamp in the room, and the inconvenient switch design seriously affected your experience. We deeply regret that our service level was far below your expectation despite charging at hotel rates.All the issues you mentioned are completely unacceptable to us. We have immediately revised our housekeeping policy to provide proactive daily room cleaning, upgraded the quality of bed linen and towels with strict odor elimination and disinfection, improved the response efficiency of room service, and planned to optimize the bathroom facilities, add necessary mirrors and desk lamps, and adjust the switch wiring to bring you a comfortable and convenient stay.Your valuable feedback is very important to us and helps us improve our facilities and services continuously.
