Despite room mark for " make up" there isnt any house keeping done at the end of the day do make sure the team is attentive to guest room. Room soundproof is bad can hear alot of noise at night eg.door slamming and also dragging of chair and table during the night and super early morning hence guest cannot sleep until very late in the morning. Room quite dusty and lots of insects at night at balcony area but the mountain view is nice. As for breakfast variety is very limited and hotel still ungoing renovation no shop available and dinning not available. Not recommended for those without car..

Room size is huge, most of the amenities are provided included toothbrush and towels. However, room service may not be as thorough as the floor is still dusty and probably because the whole property is still partially under renovation, the sound and dust may be a little disturbing. No room service / 24mart nearby for the hungry people. Breakfast is ok, but some items are cold already even though they are on the buffet serving area. It’s not walking distance from Genting but thankfully for the shuttle services (not free, it ranged from 6RM - 10RM depending on timing). But staff are friendly. So this is a good point.

Pretty good stay! I quite enjoy it very much. Room is also very clean.

The good part is hotel has a nice view and breakfast was decent. Room was clean well. There’s restaurant in the adjacent Ion Majestic Hotel if you do not want to travel to the peak for meals. The bad part is the toilet has funny smell, windows are not clean. Hotel smell of paint due to ongoing renovations. Breakfast area should be blinds installed due to scorching heat when seated near the windows. Kids pool are not open and Hard Rock Cafe also not open. Will give it a try again when there’s more restaurant in the area and better facilities begin operation.

New hotel, need further improvement.

酒店距離****有一段距離，因為在山頂上，一路上去挺不容易的，但是酒店有來回直通**的車，酒店山頂風景特別好。就是衞生巾馬桶特別臟。。。。。像被人踩過。。而且裝修的甲醛味非常非常沖……一整晚打噴嚏……樓頂還在裝修，樓頂泳池也沒有建設好，準確説是一家正在建設中的酒店，建議還是住****裏，期待這個酒店完全完工吧🙏🏻

不用期待太高 勝在酒店還算比較新 進入酒店有種説不上來的味道 房間可以看山 有小陽台可以曬衣服挺好的 酒店去**那邊有免費巴士 30分鐘一趟 自己可以叫Gard 十分鐘來車 到上面15馬左右 衞生標準一般 住的第二天發現床單有頭髮沒打掃乾淨 但是在雲頂這邊還算可以了 千萬不要住first hotel 那是住過最差的地方 酒店接待旅行團 有很多印度人來住

酒店新開業，體量大。房間面積大，雲頂山上的性價比之選。有接駁車去雲頂名勝世界。早餐能再豐富一點就好了！

超級超級差 味道超級超級重 前台對待中國客人和其他國家客人 態度超級不一樣 前台：一個胖胖的女士和一個瘦瘦的女士（感覺職位更高） 前台：一個男士態度很好 房間沒有熱水 修了一小時 沒修好 給換了個房間（半夜11點）

這次的酒店，真的要給差評，酒店地理位置離第一世界和遊樂園大概5公里，都是小的山路，出入很不方便。酒店的shuttle bus是需要付費的，7馬幣單程，需要預約，而且車次1小時才有一班，需要湊好時間出行。打grab，經常要等很久才有人接單。另外，房間味道很大，開窗通風一下午，味道也散不掉，對小孩特別不好！我們三組家庭一起入住的，三個房間味道很大！

風景，房間，絕對一流，我原來對這個品牌不太滿意在國內，但是這個酒店絕對可以，衹不過，酒店新裝修的，還是有味道的，其他方面超一流……明年還要去住
