Well, initially thought went to wrong hotels due to lack of signs or sign board. Check in receptions were quite slow and hope to improve it ya. Give more special promotions if possible. Many thanks! 🙏😀

location might not be the best as to accessibility to decent food, but there are some overpriced food and convenient stores (19RM for a small bag of chips) available around the area. a more reasonable priced place would be mynews convenient store near tower 2. good thing is there’s complimentary buggy services to move around the different towers. no grabfood available, best to dabao from/eat at genting highlands area. hotel staff were nice and accommodated to many things but we had to request for even the basic things like hand soap, utensils (not available), more hangers (there were only 2), etc. the bathroom reeks strongly of sewage. a lot of amenities we were looking forward to enjoying were still under construction/maintenance like the heated pool hence we did not get the full experience. but overall a peaceful stay, nothing creepy or anything hehe.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and while I appreciated the effort, I felt that there were several areas that required improvement. The facilities, in particular, fell short of my expectations. Some of the facilities were not opened yet. To take your hotel to the next level, I would recommend investing in upgrading and maintaining these facilities.I hope you will take my feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements.

Suprise to me and family.. I went to this at CNY.. Front Dest is Super nice and helpful.. Another thing is Location is Good... We oso buy a Jacket at Hard Rock here(**Hope Hard Rock Cafe Opening Soon**).. Toilet floor is Suprise coz Floor is Warm.. Hope This Hotel Managment can Continue this Service again.. Breakfast is Good if any 1 travel ppl can try 1 time in here.. Food and View is good.. If Kids Swimming Pool Water is Warm is Perfect but when we going is Cool 1 another adult Swimming pool is Warm..

Everything are good except for the cleanliness. The parking are waived, coffee machine at the lobby are are foc, the view from the room and the restaurant are really nice, many socket in the room, many mat towel provided and the toilet are clean. Just there are few facilities are still under renovate and the electricity supply by the room card are not working. However, the staff are friendly and have solved it very quickly. Just one female staff are not friendly and mentioned check in are only available on 3pm sharp but immediately the other staff said its ok to process for check in hmmm. Lastly, the bed was really really really dirty, full of short hair and eyelashes and some black pieces.

1st time staying at Ion Majestic, the Hotel is superbly nice and the 3 day stay was I can say shiok.. eveything was super nice. The only downside is the transport shuttle which requires you to book thru a qr code app. If you do not have the cards indicated, u cant book.. thats what happens to me, was stranded at First World on my 1st night. Driver rejected me even i m willing to pay cash.

Our stay at Wyndham was under expectations. The room had a post-renovation smell and there were paint stains, too. Hot water came on intermittently during shower. The third and forth guest were pretty much taking cold showers. We hope Wyndham would look into these and improve.

Hotel room was nice and cozy, however the smell was horrible. Mixture of renovated paint smell + toilet, had to air out the room upon entering. Luckily managed to get the smell out. There is no spoon in the room to stir your coffee/ tea with. There are many lifts, but some not working, and has to cater for 49 floors, hence waiting time for lift is very long. Plus point is free parking and cooling location.

The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. The skypool offered an amazing view of the city. Cleanliness & Comfort: Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also exceptional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. The hotel is quite new. It's a nice place to enjoy with kids and family.

The room was not clean, left behind dirty bottles. Door with oily stains, dirty floor, tabletop not clean, etc. Weak wifi and weak mobile phone connection.

My 2nd time in Wyndham. Let me tell you, worth any penny ! Very comfortable & clean. I hope they maintain the cleanliness.

We drove to the hotel in the late afternoon. The parking area is lacking of signage, so it’s a bit confused to get to the right way to hotel lobby. When we got to the lobby, it took around 10 mins to check in which seemed to be acceptable. Pros: Quite clean and spacious room, free WiFi access,strong shower water, free bottled water,free parking;service standard is on par; great view in the morning. Cons: pitstop(snack store) has limited options compared to other convenience stores such as 7-11 or family marts;the lifts need to wait quite long time during peak hours; free WiFi takes long time to connect and the connection speed is not smooth to enjoy streaming services;hardrock cafe and rooftop garden and some other facilities are still not yet ready.
