Nice Hotel! Friendly Staff Spacious Rooms. Hot water Shower. In Room Safe. Complimentary Cold Drinking Mineral Water at Every Floor and Many choices to choose for Food for in Hotel Restaurant and room service as well. Had a wonderful stay here!

Pertama masuk debat dl sm resepsionis krn booking 1 double bed dibilang dsni paking murah itu twinbed. Padahal diaplikasi tertera jelas. Tp akhirnya dikasihkan doublebed setelah debat.Amenities sikat gigi dan pasta gigi 2pcs, sabun cair + shampo 2in1 dikamar mandi tanpa ada tisssue toilet ataupun tissue kering diluar toilet. Keset udah banyak yg bolong. Chanel tv hanya 3 tv lokal itupun pada burem semua. Kasur banyak yg bolong kyk bekas rokok padahal non smooking room, sampah kyk ada hitam2 sundutan rokok. Lemari pas saya buka ud reyot diganjel pake tissue. Jujur pertama masuk kamar ngeliat lantai nyapunya kurg bersih. Kasur gatel pas dipake tidur dan pas checkout ternyata ngeliat staff lg nebahin room lain tanpa ganti sprei. Security ngebantu angkatin barang nilai plus nya. Handuk mungkin juga ga diganti klo liat sprei aja cuma di tebahin. Yg pasti nilai plusnya securitynya yg ngebantu bawain brg dan parkir

Untuk lokasi di pusat kota, 1.2 km dari stasiun gubeng, tapi jauh dari warung makan, hanya ada restoran . Untuk pelayanan stafnya ramah, mbak dan mas resepsionisnya ramah, security juga ramah, untuk kebersihan cukup tp bisa di tingkatkan lagi, untuk fasilitas lumayan agak buruk, pesan kamar superior pihak resepsionisnya bilang yg superior habis dan di upgrade ke deluxe ( alhmadulillah pikirku) tp fasilitas dalam kamar buruk, ranjang besar sih, sprei lumayan bersih. Tapi tidak dapat handuk, ketika konfirmasi pihak laundry telat nanti akan di kasih jika sudah datang. Tp sampai cekout ga ada juga handuk yg datang, untung aja aku bawa handuk sendiri dan aku type orang yg males minta 2x . Shower closet ga hidup jadi susah kalo mau cebok habis BAB, air hangat mengalir Tapi shower mandi nya panel nya rusak copot copot mlulu, perlu perbaikan lagi, bamyak stopkontak yang tdk merekat ke dinding jadi membahayakan jika menyenggolnya , lampu kamar redup. Pdahal q bmyak kegiatan yg membutuhkan penwranagn lampu yang bagus. Tdk dapat air mineral tp di sediakan air galon untuk isinulang menggunkan teko, pasta gigi dan sikat gigi ready , tapi bodyshoapnya yang habis. Interior loby cakep. Tp penampakan hotel dari luar terasa kusam jadi terkesan hotel yg tak terawat. Perlu cat ulang.

Pesen kamar twin tapi pas disana ternyata habis, terus disuruh upgrade ke kamar platinum tanpa biaya tambahan 👍
