This quaint hotel is full of charm and beauty. I have stayed there on two separate occasions and enjoyed each stay. Rooms are cozy & clean. Bar tenders mix excellent drinks and the food is tasty! The best feature of the Inn is the STAFF! They went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable and enjoyable! Excellent customer service! I stayed in a pet friendly room and appreciated being able to bring my dog. Staff gave my dog the royal treatment with treats, a scarf, and lots of affection! The Aurora Inn is a hidden gem!

First of all, we are shivering in our bed, because our room’s “heat,” which is at 75, is blowing air, NOT heat. (It’s 33 degrees outside). They put “dog people” in a “dog (un)friendly dungeon, where the paint is peeling off the walls and doors, the closet has no door, there is no ice machine, it is truly disappointing, after driving here for 5.5 hours after a recommendation from a friend on our way to a Thanksgiving dinner out east. There isn’t even a quilt or anything to put over us for even a little warmth. Do NOT stay here if you have a dog. It’s truly uninhabitable. Zero excuse for even allowing humans to stay in these conditions.

The staff was amazing and the room was clean and very nice. Front desk allowed me to check in early and Ashley went above and beyond for me during my stay. She even found me a phone charger when i didn’t have mine. She made my trip wonderful!!!!!!

I was very disappointed with my king deluxe room. For $250 I expected so very much more. The room was small and crowded . There was a metal desk and a folding table as the nightstand. I don't recommend this inn at all. Save your money. The breakfast was sad. The pool was also a disappointment

Amazing staff, owner shows great pride in his business as he was present every single day (both throughout the inn and the restaurant). Restaurant staff was awesome! (Christina, Lisa, Diane- all very helpful people!) Gabe at the front desk was so accommodating. The food at the Six Horses Tavern was unmatched. (We didn’t grab a picture of the carnivore flat bread before we demolished it- but you must order this!) You can taste the freshness and the pride that goes into every single dish. Compliments to the chef, Franz the owner, and the entire staff. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and well updated. Such a cozy, warm place to stay. We loved hanging out by the fireplace after dinner. A wonderful atmosphere!

First and foremost there is a picture on the wall mentioning that the owner brought in someone from HGTV to renovate a section of the Inn, although I’m not sure which section it was. We got to know the owner well Franz and he took ownership in May 2022. Since then, everyone we’ve talked to said things turned around and is fantastic. The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the rooms were cozy. The only thing I didn’t like is they would not let you check in early without paying an additional $50 fee. This was pretty inconvenient for us due to our traveling plans but it all worked out. The team made up for it with their professionalism and friendliness. The rooms were cozy. Very quaint. We really enjoyed our time there. They even had an Olympic length swimming pool and a cozy couch/fireplace to sit by with drinks. Everyone made us feel right at home and helped us address any questions or concerns.

Our baseball team stayed at the Aurora Inn over Memorial Day weekend. The rate per night was fantastic as well as the location. My family had dinner at the restaurant and our food was delicious. The hotel is decorated very nicely. The team had a wonderful time playing in the pool. We would definitely stay here gain. Staff was friendly and eager to help especially our waiter at the restaurant.
