Stayed here for work for a few nights and have no complaints. Travelodge is fine for the price for the most part as long as you know what you're getting. Rooms were clean and staff were pleasent. Building is a little dated but didn't bother me much.

We arrived and had to leave within an hour. The conditions of the hotel itself appeared outdated and un inviting. The 2 available plug sockets in our room did not work and to top it off the bed sheets and pillow cases were itchy. The only way I’d ever stay here, would be if I was incredibly intoxicated and unable to notice the poor surroundings.

We stayed here with friends and had a cracking time as the hotel is well located for Newcastle bars and restaurants. The rooms were all spotless and the beds were comfortable, we had 2 great nights sleep. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, some suggesting the best places to go. All in all a brilliant stay.

Ripped duvet and sheets Broken toilet pan Broken soap dispenser Dirty stairs and landing carpet Dirty room carpet 2 bath towels but Only 1 face towel for 2 people Uncomfortable mattress. My partner ended up with a bad neck and unable to sleep

I have always stayed at Travelodge whitemare Pool, due to business travel. The hotel has been brilliant. Having visited just 2 days ago, it's gone downhill. The staff are lovely, however just found out Karen is no longer here which I suspect is the reason. She had made the stay amazing, helpful and much better managed then currently.

Basic hotel but clean and spacious room with en suit, good value for money if u just want sumwhere to get ya head down, can't complain, wud stay again.

If it wasn't for Danielle being so rude and unhelpful it would be a pleasant stay. The rooms are airy and clean reasonable price just a shame that one member of staff puts a dampener on the stay
