The service was good, the rooms were clean and and well laid out However in our room - there cold water tap in the shower did not work and was very disappointed after a long day not to be able to shower.

Exceeded my expectations for a small dorpie property. Well maintained surroundings. Friendly staff. Relaxing and comfortable room and the property is accessible to all major tourist attractions in the area.

This place was well worth the visit. Friendly host who introduced us to the "local" butcher, and wonderful character. Hopefully we will be back soon. Despite reading a bad reviews on this place, we took a gamble and were honestly very happy we did.

Lovely overnight accommodation when we travelled from Jhb to the Eastern Cape. Very clean bedding, water pressure good enough for a one-night stay, whole house was nice and clean. Hostess went out of her way to take us to a local shop before accompanying us to the house. Definitely recommend this one!

Great place to stay over on our trip to CT. Located near good restaurant. Hosts were great - very responsive to questions and smooth check in. Would recommend to others and would stay over again. Thank you.

The accommodation was clean but needs upgrading. Please note that this establishment is outside the Gariep Dam Forever Resort and as such no day visitors are allowed access to the waterfront, although we were told by Sunrose Group that day visitors could enter at a cost of R80.00 pp. The security driveway gate is padlocked on the outside. We had to stand in the pouring rain to open the padlock and manually slide the gate open to allow our vehicle to exit or enter the property. The padlock (on the outside of the gate) had to be re-locked once the vehicle had entered. Gate motors are relatively cheap to install and would give guests that added convenience.

We had a wonderfully refreshining experience at SunRose. Key highlights included the immaculate cleanliness, the warm and welcoming hosts, and the exceptional features of our stay. The proactive communication about load-shedding schedules before our arrival was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this stay and plan to return in the future.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Received free upgrade. Bedside lamps didn't work for some reason. Owners very helpful and accommodation had emergency lights for load shedding. Small shared pool available although we didn't swim.

Very clean and safe accomodation with a nice braai facility. Warm welcome and Karoo night sky made for a very pleasant stay. Rooms we large and beds very comfortable. Small lounge with TV and all we needed in the kitchen.
