到的時候是晚上了 在山上 有點難找 但是早上起來真的驚艷 加爾達湖太美了 很舒服 雖然房間看上去有點舊 但是打掃的什麼都很乾凈 房間空間也很大 我覺得很適合在酒店度假

The most idyllic setting in the lower Dolomites 1600’ above Lake Garda. Just a perfect and chill luxury spa resort with views that cannot be surpassed whether from our room or any of the multiple pools-infinity and jetted. Food and service were stellar

A thoroughly relaxing stay. Good quality food and knowledge staff who were happy to talk to you through the Spa treatments, food and beverages.

Need food improvement. Breakfast was excellent with big variety. Lasagna bolognaise was really middle at lounge bar. And dinner was good but not exceptionnel

Lefay is beautiful, the facilities are amazing. But for me 1) it's very expensive - not just the room, but the drinks and food are eye-watering 2) it's just a bit cloying - the guest/staff ratio is dizzying and for anyone not used (or wanting) that level of constant attention it can feel slightly sufocating.

Lefay is truly unmatched. The staff, the food, the rooms, and location are all the best I have ever experienced. This place is great for a once in a lifetime experience, or a regular getaway. I would recommend Lefay to anyone. The one only reason it is not getting 5/5 is because the WiFI went out unexpectedly for several days during our trip. This prevented us from reading, viewing, and listening to all of the digital content we brought to enjoy on the trip. This also made planning the next leg of our journey difficult as we had trouble communicating with people we needed to off of the resort. Lefay seemed to be caught off guard by this WiFi outage and did not know what to do. That is unacceptable for a 5 star resort like Lefay. If it had not have been for the WiFi going out Lefay would receive a 5/5, 10/10 score with the absolutely highest marks.

We stayed at Lefay Lago Di Garda for a total of 6 days. We tried the Lefay brand at Dolomites and were so blown away - Lefay Dolomiti was such a wonderful experience for us in terms of great service, hotel design, facilities and location. The same can not be said for Lefay Lago Di Garda. The service was poor to say the least - for every person that had great service were 2 others that were terrible. Thankfully there were only a handful that made our stay better - Alessandro and Marko - the sommeliers, Cecilia, Jack from the bar and a few of the waiters (whom we did not catch their names). The rest looked like they did not want to be there. It is a waste of such a good hotel product, design and location to not get this bit right- and would be the difference in customer’s stay.

We stayed here for two nights and were kicking ourselves for not staying longer. The staff is incredibly helpful here. They really try to make the guest experience seamless. My husband had the sudden urge to go for a bike ride but did not want to use the electric bikes and the concierge managed to find him a road bike... incredible! They gave us some fruit and champagne to celebrate our anniversary which was very much appreciated. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the lake. The welcome drink was amazing and I am still dreaming about it! The staff also gave us a lovely tour when we arrived which helped us understand the lay of the land. The spa is state of the art and absolutely beautiful. The property is also spread out enough that it never felt "crowded". We also found it very relaxing just wandering the property grounds and taking in the views. Food is excellent - the breakfast spread was basically the most elaborate that I have seen. The man making fresh omelets did a great job and the service staff was excellent about constantly refilling the food. There is a juicer in the breakfast area that we used and loved. The meat/cheese/bread selection was great. Really no complaints about breakfast whatsoever. Dinner was very good as well though it did come at a cost. Overall this place is very much a 5 star resort and we felt it was well worth the cost. If I had one small criticism to give it was that my pre-natal massage ended 5 minutes early (which was annoying considering it was only 30 minutes) and my husband reported his massage was also not very good. But, this is probably dependent on which masseuse you end up with. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Probably the best spa in Italy . Good food, and the spa treatmemts were wonderful. All the staff were fantastic. Walking every day through the wildflower paths on the hillside high above the lake was for me the best de stress I could have found.

Our second trip (previous one in 2016) to Lefay. There's something to suit everyone. A wonderful place to relax & take in the view of Lake Garda; be pampered with treatments; enjoy some exploring via the hotel's mountain e-bikes; or workout in the gym or at booked (in advance) exercise or relaxation class. The food is superb and there's so much choice! Good to see vegans & vegetarians are also catered for. I gave Value a 4/5 rating as drinks are very expensive. 10 euros for an english breakfast tea & 8 euros for a lemonade or a latte which was 3 euros in Gargnano, with a harbourside view of Lake Garda.

What a beautiful peaceful place this is. Everything about it is classy, yet relaxed. The public areas have a sense of calm, there are many staff, who are efficient and friendly. We liked that we were asked everywhere for our name, rather than room number, it always has a more personal feel when that happens. The spa and pool facilities are lovely, clean and well managed. Breakfast is an excellent buffet, and they serve both lunch, which can be a bowl of soup, a salad or something more substantial, and dinner in the very well thought out restaurant with fantastic views over Lake Garda. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully appointed and have every extra you might One drawback is that the resort is 6km up a challenging, narrow mountain road from the lakeside, and while a shuttle operates, it stops early evening, so dining out opportunities are s is not a cheap experience, but it is a great one!

Beautiful hotel that we keep coming back to. Lovely communal areas. Excellent spa and pools. Lots of choice for breakfast.
