This spacious home is perfect for large groups and features 3 beautiful bedrooms—suite on main level with king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement each with a queen bed, large living room in basement with two memory foam pull out couches, and twin bunks. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center, pool table, Foosball, pool, and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub are open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear lake and the marina are across the street!! Beds for 12 people, licensed for 16. Parking for 4-5 cars, depending on vehicle size.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Great place, perfect location not to far from anything your doing. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean.

Beautiful home with lake side view.
Home was beautiful, communication with host was quick and easy. Listing advertised hot tub but there was no hot tub. Everything else was wonderful!

Wonderful accommodations. Clean and looks like the pictures. Host was responsive and pleasant.

Perfect
This property was perfect. Just as described. It actually felt bigger than the pictures made it look. Check in process and communication was great. Perfect spot for our family to stay during the evening and an easy ride to the mountain for skiing during the day. We would love to come back for the summer and we will definitely look for this house again.

Disappointed it wasn't specified on line that the pool and hot tub are seasonal.

Perfect location
We’re a crew building a house in the area and have stood at many local places. This has been one of the cleanest places we’ve stood. So I highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay
This property was as described and very nice. Communication with host was good and minimal since there were no complaints. Since it were only two of us we didn't take advantage of the finished basement which had more bedrooms, family room and many TV's. Would stay there again especially if we bring more of our family.

Beautiful home!
This is a beautiful home that is close to everything! The pool and hot tub are very nice! The house was well stocked with dishes to make your own meals! The grocery store is a block away. Bear Lake is well worth your visit! Would love to come back and visit again!

Great place!
The home was really nice and had all the necessary amenities. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers were large, which was nice because usually there isnt enough for the stay.
The space was perfect and the beds were comfy! The smart TV's were nice too for our down time.
