The staff and service at the Blue Charcoal (restaurant inside Sumi shangrila ) are definitely something to look forward to.resturant staff arpan nd all, who paid a lot of attention to our needs and requests. Our package included breakfast and dinner.They provide us a good service here in shangrila ..All the staff here wre very humble and sincere ..definitely recommend this hotel to my collegues and friends.tq mr captain. Nice experience at Sumitel Shangri-La we really enjoyed the stay staffs was really helpful Soring ,Ayush was really helpful Arpan Pooja was very attentive also Purba Passang was very experienced also the Manager Mr.Siddhanth who was always ready to help us thank you everyone.

Good stay.. Everything was exceptionally good from hospitality to food. The service was prompt and the food in their Charcoal Restaurant is awesome and worth it. I suggest if anyone is travelling with family kindly do stay in Shangrila it's nearer to every spot. Thank you to entire team Ms. Soring, Mr. Ayush Mr. phurba Mr. Arpan everyone and also to the Hotel Manager Siddhant Thankyou team for your wonderful Hospitality.

We staying in sumite Shangrila at दीरोली we enjoyed a lot but espicelly we had a good time in staying in hotel because of staff they were good in welcoming and taking care they r humble and good behaviour। I would like to mention some of the names which I like the most was miss usha sangam anup and puja , I will der recommended this hotel

Had a great stay at sumitel Shangrila....the Ambience was really good decorated with modern amenities... I really enjoyed the stay here ... The Front office staff were very friendly with the guest.....Thank you to the resident manager to help us over everything... Thank you for everything.... Well surely come on next vacation....

Wonderful stay everything was good...with warm welcome the hospitality is great during the entire stay everyone supported. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was upto the mark. Thankyou to entire team Miss Soring, Mr Ayush from Front Office and Mr.Arpan , Miss Pooja, Mr Sangam Albert from restaurant thankyou. We will definately visit again. Thankyou to the Resident Manager Mr. Sidhant for everything.
