We got a deluxe family room for 4 person in February 21 for our north Sikkim tour. Room was big & clean, bed was big, wasroom was good also. But room service & help desk were not available. I asked for room heater & they asked for extra charges. I asked for blanket they given with dirty covers. Room service personnel were kind of annoyed with our few demands. Locations were too far from proper gangtok. Wi-Fi was very bad. Restaurant food prices were too high, didn’t tried. Front looking of the hotel is good.
