Chose Amba Regency with great hopes,booked 'Super deluxe' room. But it was Super Disappointment, - Toilet was used , Not cleaned.broken things,damaged doors. - fungus and damaged Walls and cupboard. - smelly room. - Door hole was broken and filled with tissue paper. Only plus point - its near MG road . Spoke to Manager about the issues, but looks like management doesn't care about bad Rooms and services as its full because of location near MG road . # Adv # - Try to book rooms 1- 2 km away from MG road, you will get cab for 30 Rs , and you will get good rooms and services.

booked super deluxe room with sofa but the room they gave us was really dirty and dark and stinking there was no cleanliness at all, washroom were super dirty and in the rooms tiles were broken, there's no maintenance at all very old rooms I didn't deserve that room no 201 for the price I paid . Very disappointing, warm request to the manager and owner of the hotel please don't fool the customers, I know it's a bitter truth but the super deluxe room.with sofa was below standard. Very bad service Biggest regret of my life staying here at Amba regency, I'll tell all my friends and family to avoid this place . Bathroom were dirty Flush was not working Bedsheet linen towels were dirty Cupboards were broken Worst than OYO... Shame on you.... Hopeless

The property is located nearby to shopping area and has a good rooftop restaurant. Breakfast timing can be preferably changed to 7 am.

It was very good place to be here. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the breakfasts are a delight. Thank you to the owners for taking care of us. An address to recommend, that's for sure. We will be happy to come back

The hotel is not for those having knee problem. For breakfast you have to go 6th floor by stair. No lift. Wifi is not working due to more no of people connected to it. We have asked hotel to arrange nathula pass permit. They have agreed to make it ready. But then no response. Hotel staff redirected to manager for the same and manager was not available. We have to arrange it by local tour operator/agency. In room they have given tea/coffee/ sugar but no kettle for hot water. Extension was disconnected. We have to go to reception for everytime we need water/ food or have to call then though mobile. Though they have asked to call from extension to kitchen for food.

The property is nearby the mall. The services of staff are very good. We also took services for sightseeing from the hotel's travel partner and my experience is really very good.. The hotel serves only veg food but the food was tasty.. ☺️

The never picks up call in morning time don’t know pe what’s the issue with them. Water shortage is there. And very bad network connection even wifi is also not working they need to work on this issues

The hotel is situated 5 minutes walk away from the MG Marg hotspot! Room was clean and serviced daily during my stay. The staff were very courteous and went the extra mile to keep me happy. I would specially like to thank Mr.Amrit who went above & beyond to make my stay a memorable one! I would hight recommend this hotel to all!

We are very disappointed to share that we booked super deluxe room but they have given normal room with lodge type blanket, will never booked such type of hotels.
