The service was subpar at best; the 2 front desk staff we encountered were miserable and didn’t seem like they wanted to be working here.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (although no working hair drier in the bathroom). Comfortable bed, good TV and good shower.
The description states fitness room but only a pool to be found.
Dining area was out of action and only a few vending machines, I would recommend getting foods before arrival.

I was really nervous after reading some of the reviews. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The property is under construction, they told me by March be or May they would be a Holiday Inn so improvements are necessary. Housekeeping needs to tighten up but other than that we enjoyed our night.

There's a lot of construction going on all the way around the property at this time. The property itself is a little bit older.
It was comfortable affordable and close to the cruise terminal.
The staff at the front desk is outstanding they actually get five stars

The rooms smelled of smoke and/or musty even though we were told they were non smoking rooms. There was some mold in restrooms, sheets were thread bare and rough. A member of our party fell through the floor in the bathroom of 2nd floor

Room was good. Door was a little hard to open at first and room keys got demagnetized after the first night.

No breakfast not even a donut. Selling out to holiday inn. Dirty room.cold water for bathing ice machine replaced with humidifier smells moldy throughout the place

Front Desk employees were great, friendly and accommodating. Recommended good BBQ while we waited for a slightly early checkin. Would of liked coffee available in lobby but….
