Boat ramp is directly adjacent in the same cove for convenient access. We also have two kayaks and one paddle board. This house is a rare gem and the location does not get any better. Please note: we have two separate living areas, first floor and upstairs. First floor is equipped with: refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, Air Fryer and has its own dining area and is wheelchair friendly on the first floor living area. We have seating upstairs and downstairs, so pick your spot to relax or eat breakfast or dinner. Beach is only 4 blocks away and when you come back home we have a hot/cold outside shower.
