Các đánh giá Jetwing Lighthouse, A Luxury Reserve

We were first given a room with a view on the bar and swimming pool, just next to the second floor open terrace which was awful in terms of privacy. Fortunately we were changed to a room on the far East of the old building and the view as fantastic.. the room was old but well maintained. The problem was the terrace door was not sound proof and we learnt at night how bothersome it would be. Because you see, our room was just above the restaurant that gives directly to the sea where waves crash on the rocks. Impossible to have a quiet night. Light sleepers better choose a room in the swimming pool area. Food was ok. Service as everywhere in SriLanka was slow and not very responsive. You had to ask twice for hot water or something. We expected more for a 5 stars. We tried the restaurant next to the spa on our last night and service was great there. The pizza at the pizza restaurant next to the pool was very good. Location of the hotel was great, a 5 min by tuktuk to the castle. Unfortunately, everything was almost perfect until the day we left. We realized the hotel has a monopoly on all the taxi and tuktuk that come and leave the hotel. As I couldn't book a car on Uber or kangaroo cab, we just asked a driver who just dropped a group of people if we could hire him and he was ok but the hotel staff interrupted us and sent him away because they asked us to choose from their drivers which was completely absurd. We insisted on using this driver so they entered in a negotiation with the driver to get a cut on the fees. Apparently these are common practices in 5 star hotels. A total mafia style management. Outrageous. And in the hotel room, you have a biography of the founder that highlight his ambition to highlight Sri Lankan hospitality. I encourage him to take a look in the mirror. For that I would not recommend this place, especially during winter vacation when prices are half a grand for 2 nights!

Such an impressive and cool design. Best location. Staff services are just great.

We stayed here in June when it’s low season so it’s not crowded. Staff was super friendly and the pool size is huge facing the sea. In June the waves are really rough so can’t go swim in the ocean. Breakfast and Dinner was amazing, hotel restaurant manager and staff’s service was exceptional. Our room was facing the sea so we get to wake up seeing the ocean. Room was very clean, the only thing is there are lots of spider babies around the sink and closet, also some tiny ants around, everything else is really good. We will definitely come again!!

The hotel is excellent

不愧為遺產酒店. 每個角落都是精心設計的.是可以躺在酒店裡什麼都不幹完全滿足旅行的需要的地方.前台工作人員都非常熱情，特別是那位幫助我填寫我要找的地址的那位小哥. 抱歉忘記問名字了.私人海灘幾乎就是空無一人，海灘上有很多貝殼不斷的被打磨沖刷.水療翼風景優美安靜.樓下的草坪就像地毯一樣舒服，可以光腳踩在上面.最愜意的是在白天躺在草坪躺椅上，聽着澎湃的海浪看着天空.一切都是那麼愜意.

先説優點，巴瓦設計入口大堂驚艷，晚上油燈點亮後氛圍感極好。餐飲口味不錯，夕陽極美，第二天早上甚至看到了彩虹[黃金薯R] 再説説酒店管理低效，welcome drink 辦完入住才送來，口味一般，入住房間馬桶如p6，早餐蒼蠅亂飛如p1 ，房間提供了沙灘拖鞋但也不像一次性的，甚至沒有任何消毒。酒瓶啟子都生銹了，床頭還對着鏡子，房間很潮像是很久沒使用了，所有雷點都齊了。酒店管理的十分混亂。房間裏全是蚊子，插了蚊香器都沒有用。衣櫃燈找遍了房間都沒找到開關，2點睡不着前台，房屋中心也都無人接聽電話。沒能入睡的一晚，第二天投訴，總經理的處理方式是送免費午餐，或者免費足療。在我們表達了要趕往下一站後，送了個陶碗説是當地特產[微笑R]再想去加勒的家人們考慮考慮住古城裡吧，或者再跑遠點黑卡和美瑞莎都是好選擇。避雷jetwing lighrhouse啊

酒店很美，很乾凈，早餐很棒，每週六晚上還有特別的表演，可以趕海，沙灘很多寄居蟹，泳池很乾凈（有2個），最開心的是，海邊時不時有海龜游過來吃水藻，這真是莫大的驚喜了。

加勒海邊，盛夏的海風很舒服 吹着風躺在户外躺椅可以忘卻時間 巴瓦的設計格調自不必説，多留點時間細細品味就好，不要匆匆來去 多年前的設計 設施雖有年代感 但永不過時 這就是巴瓦的魅力 另外 攜程撿到了相對稍微便宜的價格 好評一個

衞生：之前就看到大家的評論説衞生有問題，進屋後發現確實是這樣，浴缸有頭髮，咖啡壺裡有茶葉在裏面，想泡咖啡時發現的，早餐也是，蒼蠅啥的飛來飛去，別的都懶得説了 環境：臨海的環境真的很不錯。 服務：下午1點多到達的，收了護照坐着等半天，沒動靜，我站起來問才告訴我房間沒好，要等半小時，不問你就不説是嗎！還有入住後敲我門就為了給一張破明信片，沒有歡迎水果就算了，還就給兩瓶水，豈有此理 設施：很普通，和房價不對等，舔着臉這麼高的價錢就這？照片看着都挺好，實際呢，別人説房間潮，我還不信，入住後，真想罵人，不僅潮，味道還很噁心，什麼玩意真是以後絕不再來！

設施：設計大使的晚期作品，樓梯一整個驚艷到了。光線、自然、窗很好的佈局，窗中有景。 環境：在海邊，離加勒城六分鐘 服務：服務人員都很親切，有個英國老奶奶過生日，大家很親切的對她問候。
