Umm I thought it was going to be nice from the reviews, the room has had a facelift but is cheap, the bathroom is old, the floor is super sticky… The Raddison brand in the UK is a lot better than here I guess. Disappointed. Won’t stay again. Reception staff are friendly though.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was in fact, the entire facility inside was comfortable looking. we like the composite floors that were in the bedroom and bathroom and how modern things were. Even the TV had many channels which were acceptable viewing for that evening.
We have stayed at Fairfield Inn in the past because of the quality standard and cleanliness of their facilities but I feel this was right up there with their operation.
Even the complementary breakfast food quality was a pleasant surprise.
Keep it up my wife and I feel we have a new choice of hotel to stay at.

The bed was horrible. Creaky old fitted sheet not big enough to stay on the mattress . Worst hotel bed I have had in many years. For the $200 price tag the bed is just more important than anything else. I will never stay at Country again!!!

I picked the country inn & suites form it’s good reviews but I was very disappointed. The staff that checked us in was disengaged and not customer friendly at all. Although to redeem I had to say the check out staff Frances Olivia was good and apologetic. I think a chain like this should have experienced staff at all times. The place also needs a remodeling. It’s time to update bathroom features please. On and all I will choose another hotel next time!

Could definitely use a deep cleaning, the light plug. Plates on the walls or dirty, looks just a little worn down, our air conditioner heater would not move from 71, up or down, we checked in close to 11. :00 p.m. on a Sunday night so we didn't bother the front desk. Knowing maintenance wouldn't be around.

We have always had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites and this hotel in Gainesville lived up to our expectations. The staff were extremely pleasant. The breakfast was great - scrambled eggs were amazing and the blueberry muffin was fresh and tasty. The hotel location was extremely convenient. We had a handicap shower which was equal to the one we have at home and my wife who is disabled was so happy. The room was very clean. Overall, we were extremely pleased and highly recommend this hotel.

Gentleman at the front was pleasant and informative AND gave us coupons for local restaurants and directions! Room is nice, clean and great location off the highway
