Hotel Rosner

Terrible place, never ever stay there. We have booked the stay and payed upfront over Booking. We were late as we were coming from the concert. When we came to the hotel there was no receptionist and the hotel was closed! The phone numbers stated on the door noone answered. While waiting and calling those phone numbers infront of the hotel a couple of people that also booked the stay faced the same situation. The email on informing on the later arrival that they sent before the arrival over booking noone answered as well and we all stayed outside with no place to sleep. We managed to find a nearby hotel that was despites being late, normaly accepted us and we had an excellent stay. The next morning we came back to the place in order to claim the refund and thats when the owner of the place becomes the star of the show. Extremely rude, not appologizing, didnt care, claimed it was a non show and refused to refund us the money payed for the stay. Then a lady joined him and both of them extremely rudely behaved. At one point he pushed the lady into the hotel. Make sure to choose other place when staying there.

Herr Rosner (sowie auch seine Söhne) ist ein überaus freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber, der den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht; auch versorgt er seine Gäste mit guten Tipps. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber, nett und mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet und vor allem in ruhiger Lage. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Außerdem bietet sich das Hotel Rosner als idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wien-Besuche (sehr gute Öffis-Anbindung) sowie für Ausflüge in den wunderschönen Wienerwald an. Wer auf Reisen sehr freundschaftlich und zuvorkommend (sich z.B. beim Einparken ungeschickt anstellt , Herr Rosner ist zur Stelle und erledigt das sehr professionell!!) aufgehoben sein möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
